Patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 elektrikli ekipman\u0131n kabu\u011funun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak izolasyon contalar\u0131, t\u00fcm bile\u015fen patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 sertifikal\u0131 ve ilgili patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 tipe uygun olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130zolasyon contalar\u0131ndaki salmastra kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 en az kanal \u00e7ap\u0131na e\u015fit ve en az 16 mm olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tehlikeli Konumlarda Elektrik G\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in Uygulama Kurallar\u0131 <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. \u0130zolasyon contalar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda kanal sistemlerinde kullan\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) \u00c7elik borunun farkl\u0131 bir tehlikeli alana biti\u015fik bir b\u00f6lme duvar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ti\u011fi durumlarda, b\u00f6lme duvar\u0131n\u0131n her iki taraf\u0131nda enine tip bir izolasyon contas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) \u00c7elik borunun bir zemin veya d\u00f6\u015feme plakas\u0131 \u00fczerinden di\u011fer alanlara girdi\u011fi durumlarda, zemin plakas\u0131 veya d\u00f6\u015feme plakas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde boylamas\u0131na izolasyon contalar\u0131 bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda ate\u015fleme kayna\u011f\u0131 olan t\u00fcm muhafazalar\u0131n 450 mm yak\u0131n\u0131nda; ve<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Musluklar, konekt\u00f6rler, kablo ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 veya terminaller i\u00e7eren mahfazalar\u0131n 50 mm veya daha fazla \u00e7apa sahip kanallara ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda; kanallar\u0131n t\u00fcm di\u015fli ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ca s\u0131k\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Boru hatt\u0131nda yo\u011fu\u015fma birikmesi kolay, drenaj tipi izolasyon contalar\u0131n\u0131n dikey b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131na monte edilmeli, tahliye portu a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya yerle\u015ftirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u0130zolasyon contalar\u0131 dolgu maddesi ile doldurulmal\u0131, dolgu maddesi kat\u0131la\u015fmadan sonra su ge\u00e7irmemeli, b\u00fcz\u00fclme olmamal\u0131, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k maddesi, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u00e7amuru, epoksi re\u00e7ine, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k lifi gibi \u00e7atlaklar olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 elektrikli ekipman\u0131n kabu\u011funun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak izolasyon contalar\u0131, t\u00fcm bile\u015fen patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve ilgili patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 tipe uygun olarak onaylanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Salmastra kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki izolasyon contalar\u0131, en az 16 mm'den az olmamak \u00fczere, en az kanal \u00e7ap\u0131na e\u015fit olmal\u0131d\u0131r. 6.1.1.3.7 kanal birden fazla tel veya kablo i\u00e7eriyorsa, tellerin veya kablolar\u0131n toplam kesit alan\u0131 kanal\u0131n kesit alan\u0131n\u0131n 40%'sini ge\u00e7memelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u0130letkenlerin izolasyon yal\u0131t\u0131m kutusunda hi\u00e7bir ek yeri olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Nemli ortamlarda veya t\u00fcpte yo\u011fu\u015fma suyu birikebilecek yerlerde, patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 izolasyon s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k kutusu drenaj tipinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
