Kat plan\u0131 ve mek\u00e2nsal d\u00fczenleme<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Ana kontrol odas\u0131 ve alt kontrol odas\u0131<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Patlama tehlikesi olan A ve B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 tesislerin genel kontrol odas\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak kurulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) A, B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 tesis alt kontrol odas\u0131n\u0131n patlama riski vard\u0131r, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r, d\u0131\u015f duvara biti\u015fik olarak kuruldu\u011funda, 3.00h yang\u0131n b\u00f6lme duvar\u0131ndan ve ay\u0131rman\u0131n di\u011fer k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131ndan daha az olmayan yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 limit kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Patlama tehlikesi olan alanlar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) A, B \u00fcretim par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n patlama riski varsa, bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesislerinin d\u0131\u015f duvar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 tek katl\u0131 bir tesiste veya yak\u0131ndaki bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesislerinin d\u0131\u015f duvar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 en \u00fcst katta \u00e7ok katl\u0131 bir tesiste d\u00fczenlenmesi uygundur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) Tesis kiri\u015flerinde, kolonlarda ve d\u00fczenlemenin di\u011fer ana y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 elemanlar\u0131nda patlama riski olan ekipmanlardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Merdiven bo\u015fluklar\u0131, d\u0131\u015f merdivenler veya patlama tehlikesi olan alanlarda kap\u0131 kovalar\u0131 ve di\u011fer koruyucu \u00f6nlemler bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kap\u0131 haznesinin b\u00f6lme duvar\u0131, yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 2.00h'den az olmayan yanmaz bir b\u00f6lme duvar\u0131 olacak ve kap\u0131 A S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 yanmaz kap\u0131y\u0131 benimseyecek ve merdiven bo\u015flu\u011funun kap\u0131s\u0131 ile kademelendirilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Yan\u0131c\u0131 gazlar, yan\u0131c\u0131 buharlar yayan tesis<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Havadan daha hafif yan\u0131c\u0131 gazlar ve yan\u0131c\u0131 buharlar yayan Kategori A tesisleri i\u00e7in bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye alan\u0131 olarak hafif \u00e7at\u0131 panellerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 uygundur. \u00c7at\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca d\u00fcz ve \u00f6l\u00fc alan i\u00e7ermemeli ve tesisin \u00fcst alan\u0131 iyi havaland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) Havadan daha a\u011f\u0131r yan\u0131c\u0131 gazlar ve yan\u0131c\u0131 buharlar yayan Kategori A tesisleri ile toz ve elyaf patlama tehlikesi olan Kategori B tesisleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki h\u00fck\u00fcmlere uyacakt\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m \u00e7\u0131karmayan zeminler kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcm y\u00fczey i\u00e7in yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda anti-statik \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yan\u0131c\u0131 toz ve lif yayan tesislerin i\u00e7 y\u00fczeyleri d\u00fcz, p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz ve kolay temizlenebilir olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tesis i\u00e7inde oluk kurulmas\u0131 uygun de\u011fildir, kurulmas\u0131 gerekiyorsa kapak s\u0131k\u0131 olmal\u0131, olukta yan\u0131c\u0131 gazlar\u0131n, yan\u0131c\u0131 buhar ve tozlar\u0131n, liflerin birikmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in etkili \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve biti\u015fik tesis ile ba\u011flant\u0131da yanmaz malzemeler ile s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz hale getirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. A, B ve C kategorilerindeki s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131 kullanan, \u00fcreten veya depolayan tesisler ve depolar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) A, B ve C kategorilerindeki s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131 kullanan ve \u00fcreten tesislerin borular\u0131 ve hendekleri kom\u015fu tesislerin borular\u0131 ve hendekleri ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olmayacak ve kanalizasyonlar ya\u011f tutucularla donat\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) A, B ve C kategorilerindeki s\u0131v\u0131lar i\u00e7in depolar, s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek tesislerle donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Island\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yanacak ve patlayacak maddelerin depolar\u0131 su emdirmeyi \u00f6nleyecek tedbirlerle donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Yeralt\u0131, yar\u0131 bodrum<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) A ve B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u00fcretim sahalar\u0131 yeralt\u0131nda veya yar\u0131 yeralt\u0131nda bulunmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) Kategori A ve B depolar\u0131 da yeralt\u0131nda veya yar\u0131 yeralt\u0131nda bulunmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>III. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliyesi<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Patlama tehlikesi olan tesis veya tesisin patlama tehlikesi olan k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesisleri ile donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesislerinde hafif \u00e7at\u0131 panelleri, hafif duvarlar kullan\u0131lmal\u0131 ve kap\u0131, pencere vb. bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliyesi kolay, keskin par\u00e7alar \u00fcretmeyen emniyet cam\u0131 ve di\u011fer malzemeler patlamada kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesisleri yo\u011fun n\u00fcfuslu yerlerden ve ana trafik yollar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nacak \u015fekilde kurulmal\u0131 ve patlama riski olan k\u0131s\u0131mlara yak\u0131n olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesisi olarak kullan\u0131lan hafif \u00e7at\u0131 panelleri ve duvarlar\u0131n k\u00fctlesi 60kg\/\u33a1'den fazla olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7at\u0131daki bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye tesisleri kar ve buz birikimine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlem almal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Havadan daha hafif yan\u0131c\u0131 gazlar ve buharlar yayan Kategori A tesisleri i\u00e7in bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye alan\u0131 olarak hafif \u00e7at\u0131 panellerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 uygundur. \u00c7at\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca d\u00fcz olmal\u0131, \u00f6l\u00fc alan i\u00e7ermemeli ve tesisin \u00fcst alan\u0131 iyi havaland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IV. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye alan\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye alan\u0131 hesaplama form\u00fcl\u00fc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A=10CV2\/3 A - Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye alan\u0131 (\u33a1); V - Tesis hacmi (m\u00b3); C - Bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye oran\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Uzunluk\/\u00e7ap oran\u0131: Bina d\u00fczleminin geometrik boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n en uzun boyutu ile \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kesit \u00e7evresinin ve binan\u0131n kesit alan\u0131n\u0131n 4.0 kat\u0131 oran\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) Tesisin uzunluk\/\u00e7ap oran\u0131 3'ten b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funda, binan\u0131n uzunluk\/\u00e7ap oran\u0131 3'ten b\u00fcy\u00fck olmayan birden fazla hesaplama b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve her bir hesaplama b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcndeki ortak b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliye alan\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 uygundur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V<\/strong><strong>, y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131kta su ge\u00e7irmez yang\u0131n ve patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerin nas\u0131l iyi bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kategori A ve B depolar\u0131, tehlikeli kimyasallar\u0131n depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0131s\u0131, su, yang\u0131n ve patlamaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken depolard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlemler: A ve B kategorisindeki depolarda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tehlikeli kimyasallar\u0131n depolanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken de\u011ferleri a\u015fmamas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir: s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol etmek i\u00e7in depo i\u00e7ine klima veya havaland\u0131rma sistemlerinin kurulmas\u0131; deponun \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 veya \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri ile yal\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131; ve so\u011futma ekipman\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczg\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olmak i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli olarak kontrol edilmesi ve bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Su yal\u0131t\u0131m \u00f6nlemleri: Kategori A ve B depolar\u0131, ya\u011fmur suyunun veya di\u011fer s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n depoya girmesini ve kimyasal s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131ya veya kirlenmeye neden olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in su ge\u00e7irmez olmal\u0131d\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir: depo \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ve duvarlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin ve herhangi bir s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 veya s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 onar\u0131n; drenaj sisteminin engellenmedi\u011finden ve drenajlar\u0131n ve borular\u0131n zaman\u0131nda temizlendi\u011finden emin olun; ve gerekti\u011finde su ge\u00e7irmez kaplamalar veya fla\u015flar tak\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir: yang\u0131nlar\u0131 zaman\u0131nda tespit etmek ve bildirmek i\u00e7in bir yang\u0131n alarm sistemi kurmak; yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler, k\u00f6p\u00fckl\u00fc yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme sistemleri veya kuru toz yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme sistemleri ve di\u011fer yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 donatmak; normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in bu t\u00fcr ekipman\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak denetlemek ve bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapmak; ve tahliyeyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in depodaki koridorlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k tutmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00f6nlemler: Kategori A ve B depolar\u0131nda yan\u0131c\u0131 ve patlay\u0131c\u0131 maddeler bulunabilir ve personelin ve tesislerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini korumak i\u00e7in patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir: patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 anahtarlar ve patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 lambalar gibi patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 elektrikli ekipman kullanmak; depodaki elektrikli ekipman\u0131n patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 gereklilikleri kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olmak; a\u00e7\u0131k alev, statik elektrik ve k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m olu\u015fumunu s\u0131n\u0131rlamak; ve uygun patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman sa\u011flamak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. D\u00fczenli denetim ve bak\u0131m: A ve B kategorisi depolarda \u0131s\u0131, su, yang\u0131n ve patlamaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerin etkinli\u011fini d\u00fczenli olarak denetleyin ve gerekli bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirin.
