Ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131, mermi patlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda c\u0131vatan\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olmayacak yeterli mekanik g\u00fcce sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2, ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131, d\u00fczlem tipi patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 y\u00fczeyinin bo\u015flu\u011funu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in paslanmay\u0131 \u00f6nleyici, gev\u015femeyi \u00f6nleyici \u00f6nlemler almal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\u3001C\u0131vatalarla sabitlerken, gev\u015femeyi \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in yayl\u0131 rondelalar kullan\u0131l\u0131yorsa, sadece yayl\u0131 rondelalar\u0131 d\u00fczle\u015ftirin ve \u00e7ok fazla s\u0131k\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Sabitleme c\u0131vatalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f kuvvetler taraf\u0131ndan kesilmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in, kapak ve kabuk ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f boyutlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5, g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde sabitlemek i\u00e7in, c\u0131vata ve somun malzemesinin plastik veya hafif ala\u015f\u0131m kullanmas\u0131na izin verilmez ve do\u011frudan plastik kabuk \u00fczerinde vida deliklerine dokunmas\u0131na izin verilmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6, ge\u00e7irimsiz vida deliklerinin derinli\u011fi, s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra c\u0131vata ve vida deliklerinin, kilit rondelas\u0131 di\u015f marj\u0131n\u0131n kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 2 kat\u0131ndan fazla olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Ge\u00e7irimsiz vida deli\u011finin etraf\u0131ndaki ve alt\u0131ndaki kal\u0131nl\u0131k, c\u0131vata \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te birinden az olmamal\u0131, ancak en az 3,0 mm'lik bir kenar bo\u015flu\u011fu olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8, a\u00e7\u0131k delik veya yap\u0131 ile i\u015flem vida deliklerinin kabu\u011funa n\u00fcfuz etmeli, t\u0131kamak i\u00e7in silindirik veya di\u015fli patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131 olmal\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131kta kalan u\u00e7 kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak sabitlenmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>II. <\/strong><strong>Fi\u015fler<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-48bc53a7 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/tr\/urunler\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPKG8UenV9iEfNAcrNAx6wC5T38_mbSCwHpHk93yWmAA_798_458.png ,https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPKG8UenV9iEfNAcrNAx6wC5T38_mbSCwHpHk93yWmAA_798_458.png 780w, https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPKG8UenV9iEfNAcrNAx6wC5T38_mbSCwHpHk93yWmAA_798_458.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPKG8UenV9iEfNAcrNAx6wC5T38_mbSCwHpHk93yWmAA_798_458.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-2116\" width=\"798\" height=\"458\" title=\"lQLPKG8UenV9iEfNAcrNAx6wC5T38_mbSCwHpHk93yWmAA_798_458\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GB\/T3836 standard\u0131n\u0131n 2021 versiyonunun resmi olarak yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131yla, GB\/T 3836.2-2021 Ex engelleme par\u00e7alar\u0131 i\u00e7in gereksinimleri zenginle\u015ftirir ve GB 3836.2-2010 ile farkl\u0131l\u0131klar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.GB 3836.2-2010 Madde 11 \u201cba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131, ilgili delikler ve blokaj par\u00e7alar\u0131\u201d i\u00e7in, GB\/T 3836.2-2021 Madde 11'de blokaj par\u00e7alar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 13.8'de blokaj par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n gerekliliklerinin ayr\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve blokaj par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131sal gerekliliklerinin C2.3.1 maddesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.GB \/ T 3836.2-2021 Ek C.2.3 yap\u0131sal \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re metrik Ex t\u0131kama par\u00e7alar\u0131, NPT Ex t\u0131kama par\u00e7alar\u0131 ve di\u015fli olmayan Ex t\u0131kama par\u00e7alar\u0131 net gereksinimlere b\u00f6l\u00fcnecektir, \u00f6zel i\u00e7erik a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Metrik Ex blokaj elemanlar\u0131, blokaj eleman\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeyini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca muhafazaya yak\u0131n tutarak deliklerin muhafazaya girmesini \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gereklilikleri kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Ex engelleme eleman\u0131n\u0131n mahfazadan tamamen ge\u00e7mesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in flan\u015flara veya i\u00e7i bo\u015f b\u0131\u00e7aklara sahip olmal\u0131 ve flan\u015flar\u0131n mevcut oldu\u011fu durumlarda, yukar\u0131da izin verilenler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki yollarla \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek \u00e7ap ve kal\u0131nl\u0131kta olmal\u0131d\u0131r;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Di\u015fler, patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lardaki (C.2.2) ilgili gerekliliklere uygun olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) NPT Ex blokaj elemanlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gereklilikleri kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Flan\u015fs\u0131z olmal\u0131d\u0131r;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Di\u015f tipleri ANSI\/ASME B1.20.1 Amerikan Standart Konik Boru Di\u015flerine (NPT) uygun olacakt\u0131r;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Aletler i\u00e7in oluklar bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r (\u015eekil C.2'deki gibi);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Etkin di\u015f uzunlu\u011fu \u201cL2\u201d boyutundan daha az olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Di\u015fli olmayan Ex tapalar (yaln\u0131zca Tip I)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yaln\u0131zca S\u0131n\u0131f I ekipman i\u00e7in, hafif delikli (di\u015fli olmayan delik) engelleme par\u00e7alar\u0131 GB\/T3836.2-2021'deki C.2.2.2 ve C.2.3.1 gerekliliklerini kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zel dikkat g\u00f6sterilmelidir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Tapalar di\u015fli ba\u011flant\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131 ile kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) NPT di\u015fli tapalar flan\u015fl\u0131 bir yap\u0131 ile tasarlanmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 elektrikli ekipmanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fi\u015f takma y\u00f6ntemlerinin tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alev ge\u00e7irmez elektrikli ekipman a\u011f\u0131z giri\u015finde kullan\u0131lmaz, giri\u015fin yap\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re engelleme y\u00f6ntemini belirlemek i\u00e7in, alev ge\u00e7irmez elektrikli ekipman i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki engelleme y\u00f6nteminin a\u011f\u0131z giri\u015finde kullan\u0131lmaz, k\u0131saca analiz edin ve a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ulusal standart GB\/T 3836.1-2021 Madde 16.4 \u201c<strong>engelleme par\u00e7alar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr: elektrikli ekipman engelleme par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n kabu\u011funun duvar\u0131ndaki gereksiz delikleri engellemek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r, ilgili \u00f6zel patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 tipin gerekliliklerine uygun olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Genellikle, patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 elektrikli ekipman\u0131n giri\u015f portunun yap\u0131s\u0131 iki duruma ayr\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 muhafaza \u00fczerinde, kablo k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k halkas\u0131n\u0131 benimseyen s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k halkas\u0131 tipi bir kablo giri\u015f cihaz\u0131 vard\u0131r;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.
