Toz patlamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik tedbirler<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(i<\/strong><strong>) <\/strong><strong>Yan\u0131c\u0131 toz olu\u015fumunun ve konsantrasyonunun kontrol\u00fc<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Malzeme ve toz s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyin.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malzeme s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olan ekipman\u0131 zaman\u0131nda onar\u0131n ve proses ekipman\u0131ndaki muayene delikleri kapat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Toz konsantrasyonunu azalt\u0131n.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toz toplay\u0131c\u0131, yan\u0131c\u0131 toz konsantrasyonunu azaltmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ekipmand\u0131r, toz patlama kazalar\u0131n\u0131n 40%'si toz toplama sisteminden kaynaklan\u0131r, toz toplama sisteminin tasar\u0131m\u0131na ve bak\u0131m\u0131na dikkat etmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Toz giderme sisteminin tasar\u0131m\u0131. Anti-statik filtre torbalar\u0131 ve patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 fanlar gibi \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Toz borusu r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131, boru t\u0131kanmas\u0131n\u0131, toz toplay\u0131c\u0131 filtre torbas\u0131 filtrasyonunu ve di\u011fer ko\u015fullar\u0131 s\u0131k s\u0131k kontrol edin. Toz toplay\u0131c\u0131 filtre torbas\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131kanmas\u0131n\u0131 veya k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in toz toplay\u0131c\u0131ya r\u00fczgar bas\u0131nc\u0131 izleme cihaz\u0131 tak\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(4) Islak tip toz toplay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n tasar\u0131m su t\u00fcketimi ve ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131, hava kanal\u0131ndan toz toplay\u0131c\u0131ya emilen tozu tamamen filtreleyebilmeli ve su t\u00fcketimini ve ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak izlemek i\u00e7in bir izleme ve alarm cihaz\u0131 kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(5) Kuru toz toplay\u0131c\u0131 giri\u015f kanal\u0131 patlama tahliye cihaz\u0131nda kurulmal\u0131, giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f r\u00fczgar bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 alarm cihaz\u0131n\u0131 izlemek i\u00e7in ayarlanmal\u0131 ve hava bas\u0131nc\u0131 geri tepme tipi filtre torbas\u0131 temizleme sistemi kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(ii) Tutu\u015fturucu kaynaklar\u0131n kontrol\u00fc ve ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Elektrikli \u0131s\u0131tma cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131cak elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n patlama tehlikesi olan alanlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 yasaklay\u0131n.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektrikli d\u00f6k\u00fcm, paslanmaz \u00e7elik elektrikli \u0131s\u0131tma plakas\u0131, elektromanyetik ind\u00fcksiyon \u0131s\u0131tma cihaz\u0131, elektrikli \u0131s\u0131tma t\u00fcp\u00fc, elektrikli s\u0131cak tel, elektrikli \u0131s\u0131tma plakas\u0131, elektrikli \u0131s\u0131 band\u0131, elektrikli \u0131s\u0131tma kaplini, elektrikli \u0131s\u0131tma \u00e7ubu\u011fu vb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. <\/strong><strong>Uygun seviyede patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 elektrikli ekipman kullan\u0131n.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektrikli ekipman ilgili ulusal standartlara ve gereksinimlere uygun olarak se\u00e7ilmeli ve kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r; toz patlamas\u0131 ortam\u0131n\u0131n tehlikeli alan\u0131ndaki elektrik hatlar\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanan ekipman k\u0131sa devre ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fck korumas\u0131 ile donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r; ekipman\u0131n, raflar\u0131n ve boru hatlar\u0131n\u0131n metal muhafazas\u0131 g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde topraklanmal\u0131 ve ba\u011flant\u0131lar kesintisiz iyi bir yol olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in yal\u0131t\u0131m oldu\u011funda yay\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r; toz patlamas\u0131 ortam\u0131n\u0131n tehlikeli alan\u0131ndaki elektrik hatlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yal\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f teller kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kablolar \u00e7elik borulardan yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Toz patlamas\u0131 tehlikesi olan alanlarda a\u00e7\u0131k alev bulunmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piroteknik i\u015flemler gerekti\u011finde, bunlar piroteknik i\u015flemlere uygun olarak y\u00f6netilmeli ve i\u015flemden \u00f6nce piroteknik onayl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tozla do\u011frudan temas eden ekipman veya cihazlar\u0131n (\u00f6rn. motor g\u00f6vdesi, tahrik mili, \u0131s\u0131tma kayna\u011f\u0131, vb.) izin verilen maksimum y\u00fczey s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ilgili tozun en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutu\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(iii) Elektrostatik koruma teknolojisi<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. S\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeyi azalt\u0131n.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kay\u0131\u015f tahriki i\u00e7in m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca iletken bant kullan\u0131n ve yan\u0131c\u0131 ve patlay\u0131c\u0131 nesneleri ta\u015f\u0131rken kay\u0131\u015f tahriki kullanmamak daha iyidir. Boru hatt\u0131ndaki yan\u0131c\u0131 ve patlay\u0131c\u0131 nesnelerin ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 kontrol edilmelidir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda boru hatt\u0131 malzemesi ve di\u011fer fakt\u00f6rler de dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Elektrostatik topraklama direnci 10~1000 ohm aras\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r ve metalik olmayan bile\u015fenler (plastik gibi) i\u00e7erenler i\u00e7in daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Toz end\u00fcstrisi statik kazalar\u0131 100\u00b5m tozdan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck partik\u00fcl boyutunda meydana gelir, toz ne kadar ince olursa, iletim h\u0131z\u0131 o kadar yava\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
