pri pou\u017eit\u00ed od\u013eah\u010dovac\u00edch, dekompresn\u00fdch, kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch protiv\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch alebo protiexploz\u00edvnych opatren\u00ed by sa malo zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby hlavn\u00e1 nosn\u00e1 kon\u0161trukcia budovy pri horen\u00ed a v\u00fdbuchu tlaku vytvoren\u00e9ho \u00falohou tlaku bola st\u00e1le schopn\u00e1 plni\u0165 svoju nosn\u00fa funkciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1.8 V prostred\u00ed s hor\u013eav\u00fdmi plynmi, parami, prachom, vl\u00e1knami s nebezpe\u010denstvom v\u00fdbuchu by zariadenia a potrubia, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 statick\u00fa elektrinu, mali ma\u0165 parametre zabra\u0148uj\u00face vzniku statickej elektriny alebo hromadeniu statickej elektriny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1.9 Miesta alebo \u010dasti budovy, z ktor\u00fdch sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa \u013eah\u0161ie hor\u013eav\u00e9 plyny a pary ako vzduch, musia prija\u0165 opatrenia na zabr\u00e1nenie hromadeniu hor\u013eav\u00fdch plynov a p\u00e1r vo vn\u00fatri budovy; miesta alebo \u010dasti budovy, z ktor\u00fdch sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie hor\u013eav\u00e9 plyny a pary ako vzduch, alebo ktor\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa riziko v\u00fdbuchu prachu alebo vl\u00e1kien, musia sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 tieto ustanovenia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; &nbsp;1 Podlaha by mala ma\u0165 neiskriace vlastnosti a celkov\u00e1 podlahov\u00e1 krytina s izola\u010dn\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lmi by mala ma\u0165 vlastnosti, ktor\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00fa vzniku statickej elektriny;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;
