Tieto normy s\u00fa uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 na celom svete, pri\u010dom r\u00f4zne regi\u00f3ny maj\u00fa svoje vlastn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, ale s rovnak\u00fdm z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm cie\u013eom zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 riziko v\u00fdbuchu pomocou technick\u00fdch prostriedkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkr\u00e9tne po\u017eiadavky a normy na glob\u00e1lnu certifik\u00e1ciu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch svietidiel sa m\u00f4\u017eu v jednotliv\u00fdch regi\u00f3noch a krajin\u00e1ch l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165.Ak\u00e1 je norma pre nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 osvetlenie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni\u017e\u0161ie je uveden\u00fd preh\u013ead niektor\u00fdch be\u017en\u00fdch glob\u00e1lnych po\u017eiadaviek a noriem pre certifik\u00e1ciu nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ATEX E\u00da:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX je eur\u00f3psky s\u00fabor smern\u00edc pre nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 zariadenia. Jej n\u00e1zov je odvoden\u00fd od franc\u00fazskej fr\u00e1zy \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, t. j. \u201cZariadenia ur\u010den\u00e9 na pou\u017eitie vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nej atmosf\u00e9re\u201d. ATEX pozost\u00e1va z dvoch hlavn\u00fdch smern\u00edc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) - smernica 2014\/34\/E\u00da: vz\u0165ahuje sa na zariadenia a ochrann\u00e9 syst\u00e9my ur\u010den\u00e9 na pou\u017eitie vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed. V smernici sa stanovuj\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky, ktor\u00e9 musia v\u00fdrobcovia zariaden\u00ed sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 a ktor\u00e9 sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa n\u00e1vrhu, v\u00fdroby a sk\u00fa\u0161ania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 137 - smernica 1999\/92\/ES: vz\u0165ahuje sa na pracovisk\u00e1 vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed. Smernica stanovuje opatrenia, ktor\u00e9 musia zamestn\u00e1vatelia prija\u0165 na zaistenie bezpe\u010dnosti a zdravia svojich zamestnancov, vr\u00e1tane hodnotenia riz\u00edk, klasifik\u00e1cie priestorov a vhodn\u00e9ho bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9ho \u0161kolenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia ATEX (E\u00da): ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) je po\u017eiadavka Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie na certifik\u00e1ciu zariaden\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v prostred\u00ed s potenci\u00e1lne v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdmi plynmi, parami alebo prachom. Medzi jej hlavn\u00e9 normy patria EN 60079-0 a EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia ATEX sa vz\u0165ahuje na \u010dlensk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty E\u00da a zariadenia musia by\u0165 v s\u00falade s t\u00fdmito smernicami, aby sa mohli pred\u00e1va\u0165 a pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na trhu E\u00da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Severn\u00e1 Amerika<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V Severnej Amerike (napr. v USA a Kanade) sa v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky klasifikuj\u00fa do troch hlavn\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed, a to do triedy I (v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 plyny), triedy II (v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 prachy) a triedy III (v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna). V r\u00e1mci ka\u017edej kateg\u00f3rie sa tie\u017e delia na r\u00f4zne skupiny, napr\u00edklad trieda I sa del\u00ed na skupinu A (acetyl\u00e9n), skupinu B (vod\u00edk) at\u010f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Severoamerick\u00fd syst\u00e9m bude rozdelen\u00fd na dve \u00farovne v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch miest, a to na div\u00edziu 1 a div\u00edziu 2. 1 (div\u00edzia 1), \u017ee za norm\u00e1lnych prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok sa v\u017edy alebo niekedy m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytova\u0165 v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 plyny, prachy a poletav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky; 2 (div\u00edzia 2), \u017ee za norm\u00e1lnych prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok je v\u00fdskyt t\u00fdchto l\u00e1tok nepravdepodobn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia UL (USA): UL (Underwriters Laboratories) je americk\u00fd certifika\u010dn\u00fd org\u00e1n, ktor\u00fd hodnot\u00ed a certifikuje nev\u00fdbu\u0161nos\u0165 sveteln\u00fdch zdrojov a svietidiel. UL 844 je be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 norma pre nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 sveteln\u00e9 zdroje a svietidl\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia CSA (Kanada): CSA (Canadian Standards Association) je kanadsk\u00fd certifika\u010dn\u00fd org\u00e1n, ktor\u00fd posudzuje a certifikuje nev\u00fdbu\u0161nos\u0165 svietidiel a l\u00e1mp pod\u013ea normy CSA C22.2 \u010d. 137 pre be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 svietidl\u00e1 a lampy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010c\u00edna GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010c\u00edna preber\u00e1 najm\u00e4 met\u00f3du delenia Elektrotechnickej komisie (IEC), ktor\u00e1 rozde\u013euje v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky do troch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed, t. j. bansk\u00fd met\u00e1n (trieda I), v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 zmesi plynov (trieda II) a v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 prachy a vl\u00e1kna (trieda III). Ka\u017ed\u00e1 trieda sa \u010falej del\u00ed v r\u00e1mci ka\u017edej kateg\u00f3rie, napr. trieda II sa del\u00ed na triedu B (etyl\u00e9n at\u010f.) a triedu A (prop\u00e1n at\u010f.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160tandard GB (\u010c\u00edna): \u010c\u00ednsky n\u00e1rodn\u00fd v\u00fdbor pre normaliz\u00e1ciu vydal s\u00e9riu n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch noriem pre nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 osvetlenie, ako napr\u00edklad GB 3836.1 a GB 3836.2. \u010c\u00edna bude rozdelen\u00e1 na tri oblasti s nebezpe\u010denstvom v\u00fdbuchu, a to z\u00f3na 0 (Zone 0), z\u00f3na 1 (Zone 1\/Zone 21), z\u00f3na 2 (Zone 2\/Zone 22). Tieto z\u00f3ny s\u00fa zalo\u017een\u00e9 na pravdepodobnosti v\u00fdskytu v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch plynov, p\u00e1r alebo prachov za norm\u00e1lnych prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regi\u00f3n SN\u0160<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia CU-TR pre regi\u00f3n SN\u0160 (napr. Rusko, Bielorusko at\u010f.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00davod: Certifik\u00e1cia CU-TR je certifik\u00e1cia technick\u00fdch predpisov Colnej \u00fanie (vr\u00e1tane Ruska, Bieloruska, Kazachstanu, Arm\u00e9nska a Kirgizska).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charakteristika: Jeho certifika\u010dn\u00e1 zna\u010dka je EAC a certifika\u010dn\u00fd proces je zalo\u017een\u00fd na norm\u00e1ch podobn\u00fdch norm\u00e1m IEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rozsah pou\u017eitia: Pre v\u00fdrobcov v\u00fdrobkov na ochranu proti v\u00fdbuchu, ktor\u00ed chc\u00fa vst\u00fapi\u0165 na trh colnej \u00fanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx je medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 elektrotechnick\u00e1 komisia (IEC), ktor\u00e1 vyvinula medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd certifika\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pre nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 zariadenia, cel\u00fd n\u00e1zov je \u201cSyst\u00e9m IEC pre certifik\u00e1ciu pod\u013ea noriem t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa zariaden\u00ed ur\u010den\u00fdch na pou\u017eitie vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nej atmosf\u00e9re\u201d. Tento syst\u00e9m je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby poskytoval celosvetovo konzistentn\u00fd certifika\u010dn\u00fd program na zaistenie bezpe\u010dnosti zariaden\u00ed a slu\u017eieb pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch vo v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch prostrediach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia IECEx (medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1): IECEx (sch\u00e9ma Medzin\u00e1rodnej elektrotechnickej komisie pre certifik\u00e1ciu pod\u013ea noriem t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa zariaden\u00ed na pou\u017eitie vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nej atmosf\u00e9re) je medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 certifika\u010dn\u00e1 sch\u00e9ma pre zariadenia na pou\u017eitie vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nej atmosf\u00e9re plynov a prachu. Medzi be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 normy patria IEC 60079-0 a IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1cia IECEx je celosvetovo uzn\u00e1van\u00e1 a plat\u00ed nielen v Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanii, ale je \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 aj v in\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch a regi\u00f3noch, napr\u00edklad v Austr\u00e1lii, \u010c\u00edne a na Bl\u00edzkom v\u00fdchode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certifik\u00e1cia ochrany proti v\u00fdbuchu v in\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch a regi\u00f3noch<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Japonsko: TIIS (Japan Industrial Safety Technology Association) pre certifika\u010dn\u00e9 org\u00e1ny pre nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 zariadenia ur\u010den\u00e9 japonsk\u00fdm ministerstvom zdravotn\u00edctva, pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00f3rea: V\u00fdrobcovia, ktor\u00ed u\u017e z\u00edskali certifik\u00e1t IECEx, m\u00f4\u017eu po\u017eiada\u0165 o k\u00f3rejsk\u00fd certifik\u00e1t KC spolu s certifik\u00e1tom, protokolom o sk\u00fa\u0161ke a technickou dokument\u00e1ciou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SPOJEN\u00c9 ARABSK\u00c9 EMIR\u00c1TY: ECASEx je povinn\u00e1 certifik\u00e1cia elektrick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v potenci\u00e1lne v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed, ktor\u00fa vykon\u00e1va ESMA, \u00darad pre normaliz\u00e1ciu a metrol\u00f3giu v Spojen\u00fdch arabsk\u00fdch emir\u00e1toch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Braz\u00edlia: Zna\u010dka INMETRO je povinn\u00e1 certifik\u00e1cia, ktor\u00fa v Braz\u00edlii vykon\u00e1va N\u00e1rodn\u00e1
