With the continuous adjustment of the strategic structure of energy and the increasing efforts of clean and low-carbon energy and other factors, China National Petroleum Corporation traditional energy giants have accelerated the deployment and adjustment of non-oil energy supply system, and will rely on their own resource advantages to form a diversified energy supply system integrating traditional gasoline, diesel, alcohol-based vehicle fuel, biodiesel and charging piles. The overall appearance is also looking for a new upgrade.

But at present, many gas stations still have many problems, and the old lighting transformation has become urgent: 1. The atmosphere is “mysterious shadow”, and there is no lighting effect at all, which increases the difficulty of employees’ work; 2. The logo has become a decoration, not clear, and the brand recognition is not high; 3. The lighting is not divided, the convenience store is confused with the refueling area, and the customer guidance is poor; 4. The use and installation of lamps are not standardized, and there are security risks; 5. It is not energy saving and environmental protection, it is always on at night, and it lacks effective lighting cost control and safety monitoring means. 6. The brand used by the lamps is messy, the after-sales warranty cannot be guaranteed, and the renovation construction and maintenance costs are high.

In response to the above common problems, the intelligent lighting system uses the characteristics of low power consumption and high illumination of LED light source, and through intelligent control, to reduce the secondary energy consumption of gas stations, reduce operating costs, energy saving and emission reduction, green environmental protection.

A good lighting environment for gas stations will create positive psychological cues for customers to provide a safe and assured consumption experience. In this project, four aspects of lighting improvement were mainly carried out.

Gas station auxiliary lighting and outdoor lighting applications

As the gas station is a inflammable and explosive dangerous place, the intelligent control system also sets the fault alarm function, chooses to use a variety of sensors, conducts real-time calculation data on the site environment, obtains accurate value, and sets the rating of the sensor. When the real-time data measured by the sensor reaches a certain value, the system will transmit SMS, email and other forms of early warning to the user. In order to enable the gas station manager to find the fault in time, to avoid property and even personal losses.
