Cum pot fi prevenite exploziile la r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103? Mai jos sunt prezentate cinci strategii esen\u021biale pentru ca \u00eentreprinderile chimice s\u0103 reduc\u0103 riscurile de explozie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Rezisten\u021ba la explozie a instala\u021biilor chimice<\/strong>: <strong>Controlul \u0219i eliminarea surselor de aprindere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Fl\u0103c\u0103ri deschise<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fl\u0103c\u0103rile deschise din mediile industriale includ \u00een principal sursele de \u00eenc\u0103lzire, \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i alte surse de foc opera\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pentru \u00eenc\u0103lzirea materialelor inflamabile, utiliza\u021bi abur sau alte medii de transfer termic \u00een locul fl\u0103c\u0103rilor deschise. \u00cen cazul \u00een care fl\u0103c\u0103rile deschise sunt inevitabile, asigura\u021bi-v\u0103 c\u0103 echipamentul este bine \u00eenchis, iar camerele de ardere sunt izolate de unit\u0103\u021bile de procesare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce\u021bi la minimum sudarea \u00een zonele predispuse la incendii sau explozii. P\u0103stra\u021bi o distan\u021b\u0103 de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre locurile de sudare \u0219i echipamentele inflamabile. Pentru lucr\u0103rile la cald (de exemplu, sudarea) pe echipamente sau conducte care con\u021bin materiale inflamabile, respecta\u021bi cu stricte\u021be protocoalele precum izolarea, purjarea, cur\u0103\u021barea \u0219i testarea gazelor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preveni\u021bi producerea de sc\u00e2ntei de la co\u0219urile de fum sau de la evacuarea gazelor de e\u0219apament ale vehiculelor prin asigurarea unei arderi corespunz\u0103toare a cuptorului, a unei \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi adecvate a co\u0219ului de fum \u0219i prin instalarea de dispozitive de protec\u021bie \u00eempotriva sc\u00e2nteilor pe \u021bevile de evacuare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Fric\u021biune \u0219i impact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sc\u00e2nteile rezultate \u00een urma frec\u0103rii utilajelor, a ciocnirii metalelor sau a ciocnirii uneltelor de beton pot aprinde materialele inflamabile. Implementa\u021bi sisteme electrice rezistente la explozii, sigilate sau izolate \u00een zonele periculoase \u00een func\u021bie de clasificarea riscurilor \u0219i de propriet\u0103\u021bile materialelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selectarea echipamentelor electrice rezistente la explozii \u0219i a altor aspecte trebuie efectuat\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">standardele relevante EN60079.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Alte surse de aprindere<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aborda\u021bi problema desc\u0103rc\u0103rilor electrostatice, a desc\u0103rc\u0103rilor electrice \u0219i a contactului dintre materialele inflamabile \u0219i suprafe\u021bele fierbin\u021bi. Izola\u021bi echipamentele \u0219i conductele la temperaturi ridicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Manipularea \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 a materialelor periculoase<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cenlocui\u021bi materialele foarte periculoase cu alternative mai sigure acolo unde este posibil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izola\u021bi sau stabiliza\u021bi substan\u021bele cu autoaprindere (de exemplu, uleiuri, substan\u021be chimice reactive cu apa). Rezisten\u021ba la explozie a instala\u021biilor chimice<\/strong>: <strong>Controale de siguran\u021b\u0103 ale parametrilor de proces<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Controlul temperaturii<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Men\u021bine\u021bi temperaturile optime de reac\u021bie pentru a preveni reac\u021biile de fug\u0103 sau descompunerea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Controlul presiunii<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoriza\u021bi fluctua\u021biile de presiune \u0219i instala\u021bi dispozitive de siguran\u021b\u0103 fiabile (de exemplu, supape de siguran\u021b\u0103). Preveni\u021bi contaminarea \u00eencruci\u0219at\u0103 a gazelor \u00eentre sisteme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(3) Alimentarea cu material<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regla\u021bi vitezele de alimentare pentru a evita supra\u00eenc\u0103rcarea termic\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controla\u021bi cu stricte\u021be propor\u021biile reactan\u021bilor \u0219i secven\u021bele de alimentare (de exemplu, hidrogenul \u00eenaintea clorului \u00een sinteza HCl). Ventila\u021bie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evita\u021bi recircularea aerului care con\u021bine gaze inflamabile. Separa\u021bi sistemele de evacuare \u0219i de admisie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliza\u021bi ventilatoare \u0219i conducte rezistente la sc\u00e2ntei. Evita\u021bi direc\u021bionarea conductelor de ventila\u021bie prin pere\u021bi antifoc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Prin implementarea riguroas\u0103 a acestor m\u0103suri - controlul surselor de aprindere, gestionarea materialelor periculoase, optimizarea parametrilor procesului, asigurarea integrit\u0103\u021bii sistemului \u0219i men\u021binerea unei ventila\u021bii adecvate - uzinele chimice pot reduce semnificativ riscurile de explozie \u0219i pot proteja at\u00e2t
