Estas normas s\u00e3o reconhecidas globalmente, com diferentes regi\u00f5es a terem os seus pr\u00f3prios sistemas, mas com o mesmo objetivo central de reduzir o risco de explos\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de meios t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os requisitos e normas espec\u00edficos para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o global de lumin\u00e1rias \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o podem variar de regi\u00e3o para regi\u00e3o e de pa\u00eds para pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segue-se uma vis\u00e3o geral de alguns dos requisitos e normas globais comuns para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ATEX DA UE:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ATEX \u00e9 o conjunto de diretivas europeias para equipamento \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o. O seu nome deriva da frase francesa \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, ou seja, \u201cEquipamento para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em atmosferas explosivas\u201d. A ATEX \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por duas diretivas principais:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) - Diretiva 2014\/34\/UE: aplica-se a equipamentos e sistemas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em atmosferas explosivas. A diretiva estabelece os requisitos essenciais de sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a que devem ser cumpridos pelos fabricantes de equipamentos, abrangendo a conce\u00e7\u00e3o, o fabrico e os ensaios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATEX 137 - Diretiva 1999\/92\/CE: aplica-se a locais de trabalho em atmosferas explosivas. A diretiva estabelece as medidas que as entidades patronais devem tomar para garantir a seguran\u00e7a e a sa\u00fade dos seus trabalhadores, incluindo a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos, a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00e1reas e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o adequada em mat\u00e9ria de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ATEX (UE): ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) \u00e9 o requisito de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Uni\u00e3o Europeia para equipamento utilizado em ambientes com gases, vapores ou poeiras potencialmente explosivos. As suas principais normas incluem a EN 60079-0 e a EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ATEX aplica-se aos estados-membros da UE e o equipamento tem de estar em conformidade com estas diretivas para poder ser vendido e utilizado no mercado da UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Am\u00e9rica do Norte<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Am\u00e9rica do Norte (por exemplo, nos EUA e no Canad\u00e1), as subst\u00e2ncias explosivas s\u00e3o classificadas em tr\u00eas categorias principais, nomeadamente a Classe I (gases explosivos), a Classe II (poeiras explosivas) e a Classe III (fibras explosivas). Cada categoria est\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m subdividida em diferentes grupos, por exemplo, a classe I est\u00e1 dividida em grupo A (acetileno), grupo B (hidrog\u00e9nio), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sistema norte-americano ser\u00e1 dividido em dois n\u00edveis de locais perigosos para explosivos, nomeadamente, Divis\u00e3o 1 e Divis\u00e3o 2. 1 (Divis\u00e3o 1) que, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es normais de funcionamento, podem existir sempre ou por vezes gases explosivos, poeiras e flotsam; 2 (Divis\u00e3o 2) que, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es normais de funcionamento, \u00e9 pouco prov\u00e1vel que estas subst\u00e2ncias estejam presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o UL (E.U.A.): UL (Underwriters Laboratories) \u00e9 um organismo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos EUA que avalia e certifica o desempenho \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o de l\u00e2mpadas e lumin\u00e1rias. A UL 844 \u00e9 uma norma comummente utilizada para l\u00e2mpadas e lumin\u00e1rias \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o CSA (Canad\u00e1): A CSA (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Canadiana de Normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o) \u00e9 o organismo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o canadiano, o desempenho \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o das l\u00e2mpadas e lanternas para avaliar e certificar a norma CSA C22.2 n.\u00ba 137 \u00e9 para as l\u00e2mpadas e lanternas \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o normalmente utilizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>China GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A China adopta principalmente o m\u00e9todo de divis\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Eletrot\u00e9cnica (CEI), que divide as subst\u00e2ncias explosivas em tr\u00eas categorias, ou seja, metano das minas (classe I), misturas gasosas explosivas (classe II) e poeiras e fibras explosivas (classe III). Cada classe \u00e9 subdividida em cada categoria, por exemplo, a classe II \u00e9 dividida em classe B (etileno, etc.) e classe A (propano, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma GB (China): O Comit\u00e9 Nacional de Normas da China emitiu uma s\u00e9rie de normas nacionais sobre ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o, tais como GB 3836.1 e GB 3836.2. A China ser\u00e1 dividida em tr\u00eas zonas de risco de explos\u00e3o, nomeadamente, Zona 0 (Zona 0), Zona 1 (Zona 1\/Zona 21), Zona 2 (Zona 2\/Zona 22). Estas zonas baseiam-se na probabilidade de estarem presentes gases, vapores ou poeiras explosivos em condi\u00e7\u00f5es normais de funcionamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regi\u00e3o da CEI<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o CU-TR para a regi\u00e3o da CEI (por exemplo, R\u00fassia, Bielorr\u00fassia, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o: A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o CU-TR \u00e9 uma certifica\u00e7\u00e3o das regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas da Uni\u00e3o Aduaneira (que inclui a R\u00fassia, a Bielorr\u00fassia, o Cazaquist\u00e3o, a Arm\u00e9nia e o Quirguizist\u00e3o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carater\u00edsticas: A sua marca de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a EAC e o processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o baseia-se em normas semelhantes \u00e0s da CEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c2mbito de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o: Para fabricantes de produtos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra explos\u00f5es que pretendam entrar no mercado da Uni\u00e3o Aduaneira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O IECEx \u00e9 a Comiss\u00e3o Eletrot\u00e9cnica Internacional (IEC) que desenvolveu o sistema de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o internacional para equipamento \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o, com o nome completo \u201cSistema IEC de Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Normas relativas a Equipamento para Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em Atmosferas Explosivas\u201d. O sistema foi concebido para fornecer um programa de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o globalmente consistente para garantir a seguran\u00e7a dos equipamentos e servi\u00e7os utilizados em atmosferas explosivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o IECEx (Internacional): O IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission Scheme for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres) \u00e9 um esquema de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o internacional para equipamento para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em atmosferas explosivas de g\u00e1s e poeiras. As normas habitualmente utilizadas incluem a IEC 60079-0 e a IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o IECEx \u00e9 reconhecida mundialmente e n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas aplic\u00e1vel na Uni\u00e3o Europeia, mas \u00e9 amplamente utilizada noutros pa\u00edses e regi\u00f5es, como a Austr\u00e1lia, a China e o M\u00e9dio Oriente, entre muitos outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra explos\u00f5es noutros pa\u00edses e regi\u00f5es<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jap\u00e3o: TIIS (Japan Industrial Safety Technology Association) para os organismos de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamento el\u00e9trico \u00e0 prova de explos\u00e3o designados pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, Trabalho e Bem-Estar do Jap\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coreia: A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o KC \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel ao mercado coreano, os fabricantes que j\u00e1 obtiveram o certificado IECEx, com o certificado, o relat\u00f3rio de ensaio e os documentos t\u00e9cnicos para solicitar o certificado KC coreano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMIRADOS \u00c1RABES UNIDOS: A ECASEx \u00e9 uma certifica\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria para equipamento el\u00e9trico utilizado em atmosferas potencialmente explosivas pela ESMA, a Autoridade dos Emirados para a Normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Metrologia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brasil: A marca INMETRO \u00e9 uma certifica\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria sob a autoridade da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Auditoria (INMETRO) no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Austr\u00e1lia e Nova Zel\u00e2ndia: Os certificados IECEx s\u00e3o reconhecidos diretamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container
