In dergelijke gevallen is er geen extra omgevingstemperatuurmarkering nodig. Als echter verwacht wordt dat de apparatuur gebruikt zal worden in een omgeving buiten dit temperatuurbereik, wordt dit beschouwd als een speciale situatie. De markering moet het symbool Ta of Tamb bevatten, samen met de boven- en ondergrens van de omgevingstemperatuur. Als dit niet mogelijk is, moet het symbool \u201cX\u201d de speciale bedrijfsomstandigheden aangeven, inclusief de boven- en ondergrens van de omgevingstemperatuur. Dit betekent dat de vereiste omgevingstemperatuur van -20 tot 40 \u2103 voor apparatuur meestal niet op het typeplaatje of het explosieveilige certificaat hoeft te worden vermeld. De explosiedruk die op deze manier wordt gegenereerd is groter dan die onder normale temperatuur en druk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Apparatuur die de test bij normale temperatuur en druk kan doorstaan, kan mogelijk niet slagen voor de inwendige ontstekingstest zonder voortplanting onder voordruk. Dit stelt hogere eisen aan de lengte, spleet en schaalsterkte van het drukvaste verbindingsoppervlak van drukvaste apparatuur die wordt gebruikt in omgevingen met hoge temperaturen.
