Bij de keuze van componenten moet rekening worden gehouden met deze veranderingen en moet de evaluatie worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de vereisten van de overeenkomstige \u201cIntrinsiek veilige \u2018i\u2019-beveiligde apparatuur\u201d met gebruikmaking van de door de fabrikant opgegeven bedrijfstemperatuur. Deze nominale waarde moet rekening houden met de wijzigingen in de werking van halfgeleidercomponenten die de intrinsiek veilige prestaties be\u00efnvloeden om de vereiste intrinsiek veilige functie te bieden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">De intrinsieke veiligheidsprestaties van de voeding met dynamische intrinsiek veilige componenten die in dergelijke systemen worden gebruikt, hangen af van de omgevingstemperatuur van de toepassingslocatie. Bij lage temperaturen neemt de gevoeligheid van de dynamische halfgeleidercomponenten van de intrinsiek veilige voeding af en neemt de schakeltijd toe. De overeenkomstige voorschriften schrijven voor dat de vonkontstekingstest moet worden uitgevoerd in het circuit dat het meest vatbaar is voor ontsteking. In de praktijk worden de tests echter meestal uitgevoerd bij laboratoriumtemperaturen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Daarom moeten voor systemen met dynamische voedingen met intrinsiek veilige bescherming in gebieden met lage temperaturen de intrinsiek veilige prestaties worden getest bij temperaturen binnen het toepassingsgebied, inclusief de laagste temperatuur van de dynamische halfgeleidercomponenten, en onder de voorwaarde dat de vonkentestinrichting is aangesloten op een geschikte belasting bij de hoogste bedrijfstemperatuur. Voor halfgeleidercomponenten die intrinsiek veilige bescherming bieden bij een omgevingstemperatuur onder -40 \u2103 zijn mogelijk speciale verwarmingssystemen nodig. Voor apparatuur die in een koud zeeklimaat wordt gebruikt, kan een beschermingsniveau hoger dan IP54 vereist zijn om ervoor te zorgen dat chlorideafzettingen op het oppervlak van printplaten geen tracking veroorzaken, hoewel de apparatuur voldoet aan de bijbehorende kruipwegafstand en vergelijkende volgindex (CTI) van isolatiematerialen.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ambient temperatures below -20 \u2103 may affect the explosion-proof type of the equipment, and should be taken into account during equipment evaluation and testing.
