Structurele eisen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In de verbindingsvlakken kunnen samengeperste pakkingen worden gebruikt om de doeltreffendheid van de afdichting van de behuizing te garanderen. Alle pakkingen en afdichtingen moeten een integrale doorlopende structuur hebben, d.w.z. ringvormig en ononderbroken zijn. De structuur van de behuizing moet de juiste positie van de pakkingen garanderen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Als de beschermingsgraad van de behuizing afhangt van de pakking op de behuizingsverbinding en de verbinding moet worden geopend tijdens installatie of onderhoud, moet de pakking worden vastgeplakt of mechanisch worden bevestigd aan een van de verbindingsvlakken om verlies, beschadiging of onjuiste installatie te voorkomen. De verbindingsvlakken die pakkingen gebruiken, mogen geen extra afdichtingsmaterialen gebruiken als hulpmiddel voor de afdichtingsprestaties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Scharnieren mogen niet worden gebruikt als middel om de afdichting te handhaven, behalve in gevallen waarin de pakking goed kan worden samengedrukt zonder onverwachte beweging, spanning of vervorming van de pakking te veroorzaken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Flexibele afdichtingen, zoals balgen, mogen op geen enkel punt overmatig worden belast. Er moeten maatregelen worden genomen om externe mechanische schade te voorkomen en elk uiteinde moet mechanisch worden bevestigd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Opmerking: De bovenstaande vereisten zijn niet van toepassing op de afdichtingen in de kabelinvoer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">II. Testvereisten <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Na het uitvoeren van de schaaltesten in overeenstemming met de overeenkomstige vereisten, moeten druktesten worden uitgevoerd op alle testmonsters, gevolgd door IP-beschermingsgraadtesten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">De norm voor \u201cApparatuur beschermd door stofexplosieve behuizingen \u2018t'\u201d in explosieve omgevingen heeft een druktestvoorschrift toegevoegd om de beschermende werking van pakkingen en afdichtingen te beoordelen. Specifiek moet de inwendige druk ten minste (4 \u00b1 0,4) kPa (voor beschermingsniveau \u2018ta\u2019) en (2 \u00b1 0,2) kPa (voor beschermingsniveaus \u2018tb\u2019 en \u2018tc\u2019) bedragen, gedurende 60 tot 70 seconden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Hierbij moet worden opgemerkt dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"> (a) De kabelinductievoorziening en extra behuizingen van Ex-apparatuur hoeven geen druktests te ondergaan, behalve de afdichtingspakking die bescherming biedt op het oppervlak van de installatieverbinding van de introductievoorziening en de behuizing; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">(b) Indien de structuur van de Ex-apparatuur de beweging van pakkingen en afdichtingen kan beperken, zoals O-ringen in groeven of afdichtingen die aan \u00e9\u00e9n zijde van het verbindingsoppervlak zijn aangebracht, zijn druktests niet vereist voor Ex-apparatuur met beschermingsniveaus \u201ctb\u201d en \u201ctc\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is well known that the protective performance of the equipment enclosure protected by the dust-proof ignition-proof enclosure &#8220;t&#8221; is a key point that product design focuses on.
