De metalen behuizingen van alle elektrische apparatuur in explosieve omgevingen, ongeacht of ze zijn ge\u00efnstalleerd op geaarde metalen constructies, moeten worden geaard. De relevante vereisten zijn als volgt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1) Alle elektrische apparatuur in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen Zone 1, Zone 20 en Zone 21, en alle elektrische apparatuur behalve verlichtingsarmaturen in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen Zone 2 en Zone 22, moeten worden voorzien van speciale aardingsdraden. N. B.: Als de speciale aardingsdraad in dezelfde beschermende leiding wordt gelegd als de fasedraad, moet deze hetzelfde isolatieniveau hebben als de fasedraad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2) Voor verlichtingsarmaturen in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen Zone 2 en Zone 22 kan een betrouwbaar elektrisch verbindingsmetalen leidingsysteem worden gebruikt als aardingsdraad, maar leidingen voor het transport van explosieve gevaarlijke stoffen kunnen niet worden gebruikt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">3) De speciale aardingsdraden voor elektrische apparatuur en verlichtingsarmaturen moeten apart worden aangesloten op het aardingshoofdnet en de werkende neutrale draad in het elektrische circuit mag niet worden gebruikt als beschermende aardingsdraad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">4) Voor de verbinding tussen elektrische apparatuur in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen en de aardingsdraad moet bij voorkeur meeraderige flexibele gevlochten draad worden gebruikt, met een minimale doorsnede van koperdraad van 4 mm\u00b2. Beschermbuizen moeten worden ge\u00efnstalleerd bij onderdelen die gevoelig zijn voor mechanische schade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">5) Wanneer gepantserde kabels in elektrische apparatuur worden ingevoerd, moet de aardingsdraad worden aangesloten op de aardingsbout in de apparatuur; de staalband en metalen behuizing moeten worden aangesloten op de externe aardingsbout van de apparatuur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">6) De bouten die worden gebruikt voor aarding of nulverbinding in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen moeten zijn voorzien van een beveiliging tegen losdraaien; voordat de aardingsdraad wordt vastgedraaid, moeten de aardingsklemmen en bevestigingsmiddelen worden ingesmeerd met vet van een stroomcompound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Er zijn veel aardingsvereisten voor elektrische apparatuur in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen.
