Hieronder staan vijf essenti\u00eble strategie\u00ebn voor chemische bedrijven om explosierisico's te beperken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Explosieveiligheid van chemische installaties<\/strong>: <strong>Ontstekingsbronnen controleren en elimineren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Open vlammen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Open vuur in industri\u00eble omgevingen omvat voornamelijk verwarming, onderhoud en andere operationele brandbronnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gebruik stoom of andere middelen voor warmteoverdracht in plaats van open vuur voor het verwarmen van brandbare materialen. Als open vuur onvermijdelijk is, zorg er dan voor dat de apparatuur goed afgesloten is en dat verbrandingskamers ge\u00efsoleerd zijn van verwerkingseenheden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las zo min mogelijk in brand- of explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen. Houd een veilige afstand aan tussen lasplaatsen en brandbare apparatuur. Volg bij heet werk (bijv. lassen) aan apparatuur of pijpleidingen met brandbare materialen strikt de protocollen zoals isoleren, doorspoelen, reinigen en gas testen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voorkom vonken uit schoorstenen of uitlaatgassen van voertuigen door te zorgen voor een goede verbranding van de oven, voldoende schoorsteenhoogte en het installeren van vonkenvangers op uitlaatpijpen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Wrijving en impact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vonken door wrijving van machines, botsingen van metaal of gereedschap dat op beton slaat, kunnen brandbare materialen ontsteken. Verzachtende maatregelen zijn onder andere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smeer de lagers regelmatig om wrijving te verminderen en brandbare resten te verwijderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik vonkvrije materialen (bijv. koperlegeringen) voor draaiende onderdelen in gevaarlijke omgevingen. Installeer magnetische scheiders om metaalresten uit grondstoffen te verwijderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga voorzichtig om met gascilinders of houders met ontvlambare vloeistoffen. Implementeer explosieveilige, afgedichte of ge\u00efsoleerde elektrische systemen in gevaarlijke gebieden op basis van risicoklassen en materiaaleigenschappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De selectie van explosieveilige elektrische apparatuur en andere aspecten moeten worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">relevante normen EN60079.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Andere ontstekingsbronnen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pak elektrostatische ontlading, blikseminslag en contact tussen brandbare materialen en hete oppervlakken aan. Isoleer apparatuur en pijpleidingen met hoge temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Veilig omgaan met gevaarlijke materialen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vervang waar mogelijk zeer gevaarlijke materialen door veiligere alternatieven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isoleer of stabiliseer zelfontbrandende stoffen (bijv. oli\u00ebn, chemicali\u00ebn die met water reageren). Vermijd het mengen van onverenigbare materialen (bijv. oxidatiemiddelen met ontvlambare stoffen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bewaar onstabiele materialen met stabilisatoren (bijv. zwavelzuur voor waterstofcyanide, hydrochinon voor acrylonitril).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik donker glazen of metalen containers voor lichtgevoelige vloeistoffen (bijv. ethers) om peroxidevorming te voorkomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Houd rekening met de risico's van het morsen van vloeistoffen door insluitsystemen te ontwerpen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Explosieveiligheid van chemische installaties<\/strong>: <strong>Procesparameter Veiligheidscontroles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Temperatuurregeling<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Handhaaf optimale reactietemperaturen om weglopende reacties of ontleding te voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Drukregeling<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewaak drukschommelingen en installeer betrouwbare veiligheidsvoorzieningen (zoals overdrukventielen). Voorkom kruisbesmetting tussen systemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(3) Toevoer van materiaal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regel de voedingssnelheid om thermische runaway te voorkomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strikte controle over reactantverhoudingen en voedingsvolgordes (bijv. waterstof v\u00f3\u00f3r chloor in HCl-synthese). Gebruik vergrendelde kleppen om fouten te voorkomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zorg voor zuivere grondstoffen om gevaarlijke nevenreacties te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Lekpreventie<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Interne\/externe lekken aanpakken via ventielonderhoud, dubbele ventielsystemen en duidelijke etikettering. Voorkom overvulling en verkeerde bediening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(5) Protocollen voor noodstops<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Personeel opleiden om met stroomstoringen om te gaan. Scheid uitlaat- en inlaatsystemen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik vonkbestendige ventilatoren en kanalen.
