Deze standaarden worden wereldwijd erkend, waarbij verschillende regio's hun eigen systemen hebben, maar met hetzelfde hoofddoel om het explosierisico met technische middelen te verminderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifieke eisen en normen voor wereldwijde explosieveilige certificering van armaturen kunnen per regio en per land verschillen.Wat is de norm voor explosieveilige verlichting?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van een aantal algemene wereldwijde vereisten en normen voor explosieveilige certificering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EU ATEX:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX is de Europese reeks richtlijnen voor explosieveilige apparatuur. De naam is afgeleid van de Franse term \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, oftewel \u201cApparatuur voor gebruik in explosieve atmosferen\u201d. ATEX bestaat uit twee hoofdrichtlijnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) - Richtlijn 2014\/34\/EU: van toepassing op apparaten en beveiligingssystemen voor gebruik in een explosieve omgeving. De richtlijn beschrijft de essenti\u00eble gezondheids- en veiligheidseisen waaraan fabrikanten van apparaten moeten voldoen, met betrekking tot ontwerp, fabricage en testen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 137 - Richtlijn 1999\/92\/EG: van toepassing op werkplekken in explosieve atmosferen. De richtlijn beschrijft de maatregelen die werkgevers moeten nemen om de veiligheid en gezondheid van hun werknemers te waarborgen, waaronder risicobeoordeling, indeling van gebieden en passende veiligheidstrainingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX-certificering (EU): ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) is de certificeringseis van de Europese Unie voor apparatuur die wordt gebruikt in omgevingen met potentieel explosieve gassen, dampen of stof. De belangrijkste normen zijn EN 60079-0 en EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX-certificering is van toepassing op EU-lidstaten en apparatuur moet voldoen aan deze richtlijnen om verkocht en gebruikt te mogen worden op de EU-markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Noord-Amerika<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Noord-Amerika (bijv. de VS en Canada) worden explosieve stoffen ingedeeld in drie hoofdcategorie\u00ebn, namelijk klasse I (explosieve gassen), klasse II (explosieve stoffen) en klasse III (explosieve vezels). Onder elke categorie wordt ook een onderverdeling gemaakt in verschillende groepen, zoals Klasse I is onderverdeeld in Groep A (acetyleen), Groep B (waterstof) enzovoort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Noord-Amerikaanse systeem wordt onderverdeeld in twee niveaus van explosiegevaarlijke locaties, namelijk divisie 1 en divisie 2. Divisie 1 (divisie 1) dat deze stoffen onder normale bedrijfsomstandigheden altijd of soms aanwezig kunnen zijn. 1 (Divisie 1) dat onder normale bedrijfsomstandigheden altijd of soms explosieve gassen, stof en vlokken kunnen voorkomen; 2 (Divisie 2) dat onder normale bedrijfsomstandigheden de aanwezigheid van deze stoffen onwaarschijnlijk is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UL-certificering (VS): UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is een Amerikaanse certificeringsinstantie die de explosieveilige prestaties van lampen en armaturen beoordeelt en certificeert. UL 844 is een veelgebruikte norm voor explosieveilige lampen en armaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CSA-certificering (Canada): CSA (Canadian Standards Association) is de Canadese certificeringsinstantie, die de explosieveilige prestaties van de lampen en lantaarns beoordeelt en de CSA C22.2 No. 137 certificeert voor de explosieveilige lampen en lantaarns die gewoonlijk worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>China GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China hanteert hoofdzakelijk de indelingsmethode van de Elektrotechnische Commissie (IEC), die explosieve stoffen in drie categorie\u00ebn verdeelt, namelijk mijnmethaan (klasse I), explosieve gasmengsels (klasse II) en explosieve stof en vezels (klasse III). Elke klasse is verder onderverdeeld onder elke categorie, bijv. klasse II is onderverdeeld in klasse B (ethyleen, enz.) en klasse A (propaan, enz.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GB-norm (China): Het Chinese National Standards Committee heeft een reeks nationale normen uitgegeven over explosieveilige verlichting, zoals GB 3836.1 en GB 3836.2. China wordt verdeeld in drie explosiegevaarlijke gebieden, namelijk Zone 0 (Zone 0), Zone 1 (Zone 1\/Zone 21), Zone 2 (Zone 2\/Zone 22). Deze zones zijn gebaseerd op de waarschijnlijkheid van de aanwezigheid van explosieve gassen, dampen of stof onder normale bedrijfsomstandigheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GOS-regio<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CU-TR-certificering voor de GOS-regio (bijv. Rusland, Wit-Rusland, enz.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inleiding: De CU-TR-certificering is een certificering van technische voorschriften van de douane-unie (waaronder Rusland, Wit-Rusland, Kazachstan, Armeni\u00eb en Kirgizi\u00eb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kenmerken: Het certificeringsmerk is EAC en het certificeringsproces is gebaseerd op normen die vergelijkbaar zijn met die van de IEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toepassingsgebied: Voor fabrikanten van explosiebeschermingsproducten die de markt van de douane-unie willen betreden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx is de internationale elektrotechnische commissie (IEC) die het internationale certificeringssysteem heeft ontwikkeld voor explosieveilige apparatuur, met als volledige naam \u201cIEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres\u201d. Het systeem is ontworpen om een wereldwijd consistent certificeringsprogramma te bieden om de veiligheid te garanderen van apparatuur en diensten die worden gebruikt in explosieve atmosferen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx-certificering (internationaal): IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission Scheme for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres) is een internationaal certificatieschema voor apparatuur voor gebruik in explosieve gas- en stofatmosferen. Veelgebruikte normen zijn IEC 60079-0 en IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx-certificering wordt wereldwijd erkend en is niet alleen van toepassing in de Europese Unie, maar wordt ook veel gebruikt in andere landen en regio's, zoals Australi\u00eb, China en het Midden-Oosten, om er maar een paar te noemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certificering van explosiebeveiliging in andere landen en regio's<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Japan: TIIS (Japan Industrial Safety Technology Association) voor de door het Japanse Ministerie van Gezondheid, Arbeid en Welzijn aangewezen certificeringsinstanties voor explosieveilige elektrische apparatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Korea: KC-certificering is van toepassing op de Koreaanse markt, fabrikanten die al het IECEx-certificaat hebben behaald, met het certificaat, testrapport en technische documenten om het Koreaanse KC-certificaat aan te vragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VAE: ECASEx is een verplichte certificering voor elektrische apparatuur die wordt gebruikt in omgevingen met ontploffingsgevaar door ESMA, de Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brazili\u00eb: Het INMETRO-merk is een verplichte certificering onder het gezag van de nationale controleorganisatie (INMETRO) in Brazili\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Australi\u00eb en Nieuw-Zeeland: IECEx-certificaten worden
