Keperluan Struktur <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pada permukaan penyambungan, gasket mampat boleh digunakan untuk memastikan keberkesanan meterai petak. Semua gasket dan meterai hendaklah mempunyai struktur bersepadu dan berterusan, iaitu berbentuk cincin dan tidak terputus. Struktur petak hendaklah memastikan kedudukan gasket yang betul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Jika darjah perlindungan petak bergantung pada gasket pada sambungan petak dan sambungan itu perlu dibuka semasa pemasangan atau penyelenggaraan, gasket hendaklah dilekatkan atau dipasang secara mekanikal pada salah satu permukaan yang bersambung untuk mengelakkan kehilangan, kerosakan atau pemasangan yang salah. Permukaan yang bersambung yang menggunakan gasket tidak seharusnya menggunakan bahan penyegel tambahan sebagai kaedah bantu untuk prestasi penyegelan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Engsel tidak boleh digunakan sebagai cara untuk mengekalkan meterai, kecuali dalam kes di mana gasket boleh dimampatkan dengan betul tanpa menyebabkan pergerakan tidak dijangka, tegasan atau deformasi pada gasket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Segel fleksibel, seperti bellows, tidak seharusnya dikenakan tekanan berlebihan pada mana-mana bahagian. Keperluan Ujian <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Selepas menjalankan ujian sarung mengikut keperluan yang berkaitan, ujian tekanan hendaklah dijalankan ke atas semua sampel ujian, diikuti dengan ujian gred perlindungan IP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Standard bagi \u201cPeralatan Dilindungi oleh Sarung Kalis Pembakaran Debu \u2018t'\u201d dalam persekitaran letupan telah menambah keperluan ujian tekanan untuk menilai kesan pelindung gasket dan pengedap.
