Jenis ulir: ulir silinder hendaklah ulir metrik, dan ulir konikal hendaklah NPT.<br>2. Gred kesesuaian ulir metrik hendaklah 6g\/6H atau ke atas mengikut peraturan berkaitan, dan ketebalan dinding yang tinggal pada titik paling dalam bagi mana-mana chamfer atau alur pelepasan ulir dalaman tidak boleh kurang daripada 2 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">3. Benang luaran NPT dengan flanji atau penutup blanking hendaklah mempunyai panjang benang berkesan tidak kurang daripada dimensi \u201cL2\u201d, dan panjang antara muka akhir flanji dan ekor benang hendaklah tidak kurang daripada dimensi \u201cL4\u201d.<br>4. Benang dalaman NPT hendaklah diukur dengan gajet palam L1 dari \u201cterpendam\u201d hingga \u201c2 putaran\u201d.<br>5. Panjang bahagian ulir luaran hendaklah sekurang-kurangnya 8 mm dan mengandungi sekurang-kurangnya 8 langkah ulir. Jika ulir mempunyai alur pelepasan, sebuah pencuci bersepadu dan tidak boleh dimampatkan atau peranti setara hendaklah dipasang untuk memastikan panjang penglibatan ulir yang diperlukan.<br>Penyumbat penutup NPT Ex tidak boleh mempunyai flan.<br># Mempertimbangkan chamfer atau alur pelepasan yang mungkin apabila dipasang ke dalam inlet peralatan, keperluan 8 helai ulir adalah untuk memastikan sekurang-kurangnya 5 helai ulir terlibat.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The entry devices of flameproof type mainly include cable entry devices, conduit sealing devices, EX blocking parts, EX threaded pipe joints and insulating sleeves.
