Langkah-langkah Pemulihan dan Penggantian Peralatan <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pemeriksaan dan penyelenggaraan peranti elektrik kalis letupan hendaklah, apabila perlu, melibatkan pelaksanaan langkah pembetulan yang sesuai. Adalah penting untuk mengekalkan integriti jenis kalis letupan peralatan, yang boleh dibincangkan dengan pengeluar. Penggantian komponen hendaklah dijalankan mengikut keperluan dokumen yang berkenaan. Jika dokumen menetapkan bahawa penggantian sesetengah komponen mungkin memberi kesan buruk terhadap prestasi keselamatan peralatan, penggantian tersebut tidak boleh dijalankan tanpa kebenaran pihak berkuasa berkaitan. Adalah dinasihatkan untuk mengelakkan konflik dengan langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh pengilang untuk mengurangkan kesan elektrik statik. Apabila menggantikan sumber cahaya peranti pencahayaan, nilai penarafan dan model sumber cahaya yang betul hendaklah digunakan; jika tidak, ia boleh menyebabkan suhu berlebihan. Semasa hayat perkhidmatan lampu jenis keselamatan dipertingkatkan, penggantian sumber cahaya secara berkala hendaklah diberi perhatian, kerana ini boleh menjejaskan kumpulan suhu lampu. Nota: Penghakisan, pengecatan atau penyumbatan bahagian lutsinar, atau pemasangan peranti pencahayaan yang tidak betul semuanya boleh menyebabkan suhu berlebihan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">II. Penyelenggaraan Kabel Fleksibel <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Kabel fleksibel, saluran fleksibel dan sambungan terminalnya mudah rosak dan hendaklah diperiksa pada selang masa yang ditetapkan. Sebarang kerosakan atau kekurangan yang ditemui hendaklah diganti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">III. Penghapusan <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika peralatan elektrik dan sebagainya perlu dikeluarkan daripada peranti semasa penyelenggaraan, konduktor yang terdedah hendaklah: a) disambungkan dengan betul ke terminal dalam sarung yang sesuai; atau b) diputuskan daripada semua bekalan kuasa dan diinsulatkan; atau c) diputuskan daripada semua bekalan kuasa dan dibumikan. Jika peralatan elektrik dikeluarkan secara kekal, semua konduktor bekalan kuasa yang berkaitan dengannya hendaklah diputuskan dan: a) Dirobohkan; atau b) Disambungkan dengan betul ke terminal dalam sarung yang sesuai; atau c) Ia hendaklah dibumikan pada satu hujung sahaja, dan hujung kabel yang satu lagi hendaklah diinsul secara selamat (contohnya, dengan penyegelan penyusutan haba). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: Menggunakan pita pelekat sendiri sahaja tidak dianggap sebagai kaedah penebatan yang selamat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">IV.
