Kalis letupan loji kimia<\/strong>: <strong>Kawal dan Elakkan Sumber Pencucuhan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Api Terbuka<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Api terbuka dalam persekitaran perindustrian terutamanya merangkumi pemanasan, penyelenggaraan, dan sumber api operasi lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gunakan wap atau medium pemindahan haba lain sebagai ganti nyalaan terbuka untuk memanaskan bahan mudah terbakar. Jika nyalaan terbuka tidak dapat dielakkan, pastikan peralatan disegel dengan ketat dan bilik pembakaran diasingkan daripada unit pemprosesan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurangkan pengelasan di kawasan yang mudah terbakar atau berpotensi letupan. Pastikan jarak selamat antara tapak pengelasan dan peralatan mudah terbakar. Untuk kerja panas (contohnya pengelasan) pada peralatan atau saluran paip yang mengandungi bahan mudah terbakar, patuhi protokol seperti pengasingan, pembuangan gas, pembersihan, dan ujian gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cegah percikan daripada cerobong atau ekzos kenderaan dengan memastikan pembakaran relau yang betul, ketinggian cerobong yang mencukupi, dan memasang penahan percikan pada paip ekzos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Geseran dan Impak<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Percikan daripada geseran mesin, perlanggaran logam, atau alat yang mengena konkrit boleh mencetuskan bahan mudah terbakar. Langkah mitigasi termasuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lumurkan galas secara berkala untuk mengurangkan geseran dan membuang sisa bahan bakar yang mudah terbakar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gunakan bahan yang tidak menghasilkan percikan (contohnya aloi tembaga) untuk bahagian berpusing di kawasan berbahaya. Pasang pemisah magnetik untuk mengeluarkan serpihan logam daripada bahan mentah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tangani silinder gas atau bekas cecair mudah terbakar dengan berhati-hati. Laksana sistem elektrik kalis letupan, kedap, atau terasing di kawasan berbahaya berdasarkan klasifikasi risiko dan sifat bahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemilihan peralatan elektrik kalis letupan dan aspek-aspek lain hendaklah dijalankan mengikut <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">standard berkaitan EN60079.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Sumber Pencucuhan Lain<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tangani pelepasan elektrostatik, serangan kilat, dan sentuhan antara bahan mudah terbakar dengan permukaan panas. Masukkan penebat pada peralatan dan saluran paip suhu tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Penanganan Bahan Bahaya dengan Selamat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gantikan bahan yang sangat berbahaya dengan alternatif yang lebih selamat apabila boleh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isolatkan atau stabilkan bahan yang mudah terbakar sendiri (contohnya minyak, bahan kimia reaktif dengan air). Elakkan mencampurkan bahan yang tidak serasi (contohnya pengoksida dengan bahan mudah terbakar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simpan bahan tidak stabil bersama penstabil (contohnya, asid sulfurik untuk hidrogen sianida, hidrokinon untuk akrilonitril).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gunakan bekas kaca gelap atau logam untuk cecair yang sensitif terhadap cahaya (contohnya eter) bagi mengelakkan pembentukan peroksida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pertimbangkan risiko tumpahan cecair dengan mereka bentuk sistem pengekangan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Kalis letupan loji kimia<\/strong>: <strong>Kawalan Keselamatan Parameter Proses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Kawalan Suhu<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Menjaga suhu tindak balas yang optimum untuk mengelakkan tindak balas terlepas kawalan atau penguraian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Kawalan Tekanan<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pantau fluktuasi tekanan dan pasang peranti keselamatan yang boleh dipercayai (contohnya, injap pelepas). Halang pencemaran silang gas antara sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(3) Pemberian Makanan<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Atur kelajuan pemberian makanan untuk mengelakkan lari haba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kawal nisbah reagen dan urutan pemberian secara ketat (contohnya, hidrogen sebelum klorin dalam sintesis HCl). Pasang injap berinterlok untuk mengelakkan kesilapan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pastikan ketulenan bahan mentah untuk mengelakkan reaksi sampingan berbahaya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Pencegahan Kebocoran<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tangani kebocoran dalaman\/luaran melalui penyelenggaraan injap, sistem injap berganda, dan pelabelan yang jelas. Cegah pengisian berlebihan dan pengendalian yang salah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(5) Protokol Penutupan Kecemasan<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Latih kakitangan untuk mengendalikan kegagalan kuasa\/utiliti. Laksankan latihan dan sediakan pelan kecemasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Penutupan Sistem dan Penginertan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Pelapisan<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurangkan kebocoran dengan menggunakan sambungan kimpalan pada flens dan paip tanpa jahitan. Bagi sistem vakum, cegah kemasukan udara dengan pembilasan gas inert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Menginerci<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gantikan oksigen dengan gas inert (contohnya, nitrogen) untuk menahan pembakaran. Pantau aliran gas, tekanan, dan paras oksigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
