Standard ini diiktiraf di seluruh dunia, dengan setiap rantau mempunyai sistem tersendiri, tetapi berkongsi objektif teras yang sama iaitu mengurangkan risiko letupan melalui kaedah teknikal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keperluan dan piawaian khusus untuk pensijilan kalis letupan global bagi lampu mungkin berbeza dari satu rantau ke rantau lain dan dari satu negara ke negara lain. Apakah piawaian untuk pencahayaan kalis letupan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di bawah adalah gambaran keseluruhan mengenai beberapa keperluan dan piawaian global biasa untuk pensijilan kalis letupan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EU ATEX:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX ialah set arahan Eropah untuk peralatan kalis letupan. Namanya diambil daripada frasa Perancis \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, iaitu \u201cPeralatan untuk digunakan dalam atmosfera letupan\u201d. ATEX terdiri daripada dua arahan utama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) \u2013 Arahan 2014\/34\/EU: terpakai kepada peralatan dan sistem perlindungan untuk digunakan dalam atmosfera letupan. Arahan ini menetapkan keperluan kesihatan dan keselamatan penting yang mesti dipenuhi oleh pengeluar peralatan, merangkumi reka bentuk, pembuatan dan pengujian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 137 \u2013 Arahan 1999\/92\/EC: terpakai kepada tempat kerja dalam atmosfera letupan. Arahan ini menetapkan langkah-langkah yang mesti diambil oleh majikan untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerja mereka, termasuk penilaian risiko, pengelasan kawasan dan latihan keselamatan yang sesuai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan ATEX (EU): ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) adalah keperluan pensijilan Kesatuan Eropah untuk peralatan yang digunakan dalam persekitaran yang berpotensi meletup akibat gas, wap atau habuk. Standard utamanya termasuk EN 60079-0 dan EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan ATEX terpakai kepada negara anggota EU dan peralatan mesti mematuhi arahan ini untuk dijual dan digunakan di pasaran EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Amerika Utara<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di Amerika Utara (contohnya, Amerika Syarikat dan Kanada), bahan letupan diklasifikasikan kepada tiga kategori utama, iaitu Kelas I (gas letupan), Kelas II (debu letupan), dan Kelas III (serat letupan). Di bawah setiap kategori juga dibahagikan kepada kumpulan yang berbeza, seperti Kelas I dibahagikan kepada Kumpulan A (asetilena), Kumpulan B (hidrogen) dan seterusnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sistem Amerika Utara akan dibahagikan kepada dua peringkat lokasi berbahaya yang berpotensi meletup, iaitu Bahagian 1 dan Bahagian 2. 1 (Bahagian 1) iaitu di bawah keadaan operasi biasa, gas, debu dan serpihan yang mudah meletup mungkin wujud sentiasa atau kadang-kadang; 2 (Bahagian 2) iaitu di bawah keadaan operasi biasa, bahan-bahan ini tidak mungkin hadir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan UL (AS): UL (Underwriters Laboratories) ialah badan pensijilan AS yang menilai dan mengesahkan prestasi kalis letupan lampu dan lampu pendarfluor. UL 844 ialah piawaian yang biasa digunakan untuk lampu dan lampu pendarfluor kalis letupan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan CSA (Kanada): CSA (Persatuan Piawaian Kanada) ialah badan pensijilan Kanada yang menilai dan mengesahkan prestasi kalis letupan lampu dan lentera mengikut piawaian CSA C22.2 No. 137, iaitu piawaian biasa untuk lampu dan lentera kalis letupan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>China GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China kebanyakannya menggunakan kaedah pembahagian Suruhanjaya Elektroteknik (IEC), yang membahagikan bahan letupan kepada tiga kategori, iaitu metana perlombongan (Kelas I), campuran gas letupan (Kelas II), dan debu serta serat letupan (Kelas III). Setiap kelas dibahagikan lagi di bawah setiap kategori, contohnya Kelas II dibahagikan kepada Kelas B (etilena, dsb.) dan Kelas A (propana, dsb.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard GB (China): Jawatankuasa Piawaian Kebangsaan China telah mengeluarkan satu siri piawaian kebangsaan mengenai pencahayaan kalis letupan, seperti GB 3836.1 dan GB 3836.2. China akan dibahagikan kepada tiga kawasan berbahaya letupan, iaitu Zon 0 (Zon 0), Zon 1 (Zon 1\/Zon 21), Zon 2 (Zon 2\/Zon 22). Kawasan-kawasan ini berdasarkan kebarangkalian kehadiran gas, wap atau debu letupan di bawah keadaan operasi biasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wilayah CIS<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan CU-TR untuk rantau CIS (contohnya Rusia, Belarus, dan lain-lain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendahuluan: Pensijilan CU-TR ialah pensijilan peraturan teknikal Kesatuan Kastam (termasuk Rusia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia dan Kyrgyzstan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciri-ciri: Tanda pensijilannya ialah EAC, dan proses pensijilannya berasaskan piawaian yang serupa dengan piawaian IEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skop aplikasi: Bagi pengeluar produk perlindungan letupan yang ingin memasuki pasaran Kesatuan Kastam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx ialah sistem pensijilan antarabangsa untuk peralatan kalis letupan yang dibangunkan oleh Suruhanjaya Elektroteknik Antarabangsa (IEC), nama penuhnya \u201cSistem IEC untuk Pensijilan mengikut Piawaian Berkaitan Peralatan untuk Penggunaan dalam Atmosfera Meletup\u201d. Sistem ini direka untuk menyediakan program pensijilan yang konsisten di seluruh dunia bagi memastikan keselamatan peralatan dan perkhidmatan yang digunakan dalam atmosfera meletup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan IECEx (Antarabangsa): IECEx (Skim Suruhanjaya Elektroteknik Antarabangsa untuk Pensijilan mengikut Piawaian Berkaitan Peralatan untuk Penggunaan dalam Atmosfera Meletup) adalah skim pensijilan antarabangsa untuk peralatan yang digunakan dalam atmosfera gas dan habuk meletup. Piawaian yang biasa digunakan termasuk IEC 60079-0 dan IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensijilan IECEx diiktiraf di peringkat global dan bukan sahaja terpakai di Kesatuan Eropah, tetapi juga meluas digunakan di negara-negara dan rantau lain, seperti Australia, China dan Timur Tengah, antara banyak yang lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pensijilan perlindungan letupan di negara dan rantau lain<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jepun: TIIS (Persatuan Teknologi Keselamatan Perindustrian Jepun) yang dilantik oleh Kementerian Kesihatan, Buruh dan Kebajikan Jepun sebagai badan pensijilan peralatan elektrik kalis letupan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Korea: Pensijilan KC terpakai untuk pasaran Korea; pengeluar yang telah memperoleh sijil IECEx boleh memohon sijil KC Korea dengan mengemukakan sijil, laporan ujian dan dokumen teknikal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UAE: ECASEx ialah pensijilan wajib bagi peralatan elektrik yang digunakan dalam atmosfera yang berpotensi meletup oleh ESMA, Pihak Berkuasa Penstandardan dan Metrologi Emiriah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brazil: Tanda INMETRO adalah pensijilan wajib di bawah kuasa Organisasi Audit Kebangsaan (INMETRO) di Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center
