Oleh itu, dalam reka bentuk pengagihan pencahayaan bagi peralatan pengeluaran kimia, peralatan pencahayaan yang dipilih hendaklah mengikut ciri persekitaran kalis letupan dan tahan kakisan serta memenuhi keperluan tahap perlindungan lampu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Penyelesaian Pencahayaan Loji Kimia Mod Pencahayaan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pencahayaan loji kimia dibahagikan kepada pencahayaan umum, pencahayaan campuran dan pencahayaan tempatan. Prinsip aplikasinya hendaklah mematuhi peruntukan berikut: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pencahayaan umum merujuk kepada pencahayaan sekata yang disediakan untuk menerangi keseluruhan tapak, khususnya kawasan dalaman dan luaran. Kebanyakan pencahayaan tempat kerja, atau di mana pemasangan pencahayaan tempatan dan pencahayaan campuran tidak sesuai, harus menggunakan pencahayaan umum. Tempat kerja biasanya perlu dilengkapi dengan pencahayaan umum; apabila kawasan yang berbeza dalam satu lokasi mempunyai keperluan pencahayaan yang berbeza, pencahayaan umum serantau harus digunakan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pencahayaan campuran merujuk kepada pencahayaan yang terdiri daripada pencahayaan umum dan pencahayaan tempatan. Bagi sesetengah keperluan pencahayaan permukaan kerja yang tinggi, hanya menggunakan pencahayaan umum tidak munasabah; adalah wajar menggunakan pencahayaan campuran.; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pencahayaan tempatan merujuk kepada pencahayaan yang diperlukan untuk menguatkan pencahayaan di tempat kerja tempatan, pencahayaan permukaan kerja mengikut keperluan arah cahaya atau pencahayaan di tempat kerja tempatan di mana pencahayaan umum tidak memenuhi keperluan pengeluaran. Pencahayaan biasa hendaklah dipasang di semua tempat kerja dan kawasan aktiviti dalaman dan luaran. Pencahayaan biasa hendaklah menyediakan pencahayaan sekata bagi setiap unit kawasan; pencahayaan biasa bagi bilik kawalan proses dan bilik kawalan elektrik hendaklah menggunakan lampu dengan reka bentuk anti-silau, dengan perhatian khusus untuk memastikan pencahayaan sekata bagi mengelakkan bayang-bayang atau pantulan cahaya pada panel kawalan dan paparan (CRT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-b58ca229 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/\u4e0b\u8f7d-1.jpg ,https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/\u4e0b\u8f7d-1.jpg 780w, https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/\u4e0b\u8f7d-1.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/\u4e0b\u8f7d-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-1819\" width=\"660\" height=\"498\" title=\"Muat turun\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penyelesaian Pencahayaan Loji Kimia Pencahayaan kecemasan:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Penerangan kecemasan hendaklah dipasang di tempat di mana perlu untuk meneruskan kerja buat sementara, memantau muka kerja, mengosongkan kawasan kerja, dan memberi arahan keselamatan bagi saluran keluar apabila pencahayaan biasa terpadam akibat kerosakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Situasi berikut di tempat kerja hendaklah dilengkapi dengan pencahayaan kecemasan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u2460 Selepas pencahayaan biasa padam akibat kerosakan, pencahayaan ganti hendaklah disediakan di tempat-tempat di mana kerja atau aktiviti biasa perlu diteruskan; contohnya, apabila pencahayaan biasa padam akibat kerosakan, ia boleh menyebabkan kemalangan serius seperti letupan, kebakaran dan kecederaan peribadi, atau pencahayaan untuk meneruskan kerja di tempat di mana pemberhentian kerja akan menyebabkan impak besar atau kerugian ekonomi, atau pencahayaan untuk memastikan operasi biasa sistem kebakaran sekiranya berlaku kebakaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u2461 Selepas pencahayaan biasa padam akibat kerosakan, pencahayaan selamat hendaklah disediakan di tempat-tempat yang perlu memastikan keselamatan kakitangan dalam bahaya berpotensi, seperti semasa menggunakan gergaji bulat dan di tempat kerja lain;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u2462 Selepas pencahayaan biasa padam akibat kerosakan, adalah perlu memastikan bahawa pencahayaan evakuasi perlu dipasang di pintu keluar dan laluan untuk evakuasi selamat kakitangan. Sebagai contoh, lampu tanda evakuasi yang menunjukkan kedudukan pintu keluar dan arah laluan pelarian disediakan di pintu keluar dan laluan, serta pencahayaan disediakan untuk menerangi laluan evakuasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u2463 Pencahayaan kecemasan merangkumi pencahayaan sandaran, pencahayaan keselamatan dan pencahayaan evakuasi, tetapi dalam reka bentuk pencahayaan kawasan pemasangan kimia, kadangkala sukar untuk membezakan antara pencahayaan sandaran, pencahayaan keselamatan dan pencahayaan evakuasi. penggera kebakaran, bilik penjana diesel, papan instrumen di tapak, kawasan pam, berhampiran pancuran mata, injap atau instrumen penting, pos operasi penting, dan apabila pencahayaan biasa gagal, atas sebab keselamatan, pencahayaan kecemasan hendaklah disediakan di mana perlu untuk memastikan operasi peranti atau parkir selamat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-3fe4fc22 wp-block-paragraph\">Lampu jalan yang digunakan untuk pencahayaan jalan haruslah lampu jalan terkawal jam, yang secara automatik menghidupkan dan mematikan lampu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam reka bentuk pencahayaan perusahaan petrokimia, undang-undang negara, peraturan dan dasar teknikal serta ekonomi hendaklah dilaksanakan; menyediakan sistem pencahayaan yang selamat, praktikal dan berkesan melalui reka bentuk pencahayaan untuk mewujudkan persekitaran pengeluaran dan kerja yang baik yang menyokong keselamatan peribadi dan keselamatan pengeluaran, serta meningkatkan kualiti produk dan produktiviti buruh; untuk mencapai penggunaan yang selamat, penjimatan tenaga, teknologi termaju, kos efektif dan munasabah, wp-block-paragraph\">1) Lampu LED T8 hendaklah digunakan di tempat yang mempunyai ketinggian pemasangan yang rendah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2) Untuk tempat dengan ketinggian pemasangan yang tinggi dan sukar diselenggara, sesuai menggunakan lampu perlombongan LED atau lampu sorot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3) Tempat khas harus memilih lampu LED kalis letupan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">4) Pencahayaan kecemasan hendaklah digunakan di kawasan yang memerlukan pencahayaan
