Cabine d'analyse antid\u00e9flagrante installations externes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9glages des bouteilles de gaz<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la cabane, il est possible d'installer une cha\u00eene de protection et un support fixe pour les bouteilles de gaz porteur et les bouteilles de gaz standard. (Cet article est facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et abri<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les portes, les bo\u00eetes de jonction, les supports de bouteilles et les bo\u00eetes de pr\u00e9traitement des \u00e9chantillons doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s au-dessus de l'abri contre la pluie, ou le petit avant-toit \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de 600 \u00e0 800 mm, afin d'\u00e9viter la couverture par la pluie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Syst\u00e8me de distribution d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il doit y avoir un anneau de levage au sommet de la cabane pour le levage global. Le syst\u00e8me de distribution d'\u00e9nergie de la cabane d'analyse antid\u00e9flagrante est le suivant : \u00e9clairage, ventilation, chauffage, climatisation et distribution de l'\u00e9quipement d'instrumentation interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9quipements utilitaires tels que l'\u00e9clairage, les ventilateurs, la climatisation et les prises de service dans la hutte antid\u00e9flagrante de l'analyseur sont aliment\u00e9s par l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique industrielle. Le syst\u00e8me d'analyse, l'alarme de v\u00e9rification de l'installation et le syst\u00e8me de verrouillage sont aliment\u00e9s par l'alimentation UPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>II.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;analyse antid\u00e9flagrante distribution d'\u00e9nergie dans les cabines<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1, la distribution de l'instrumentation de la bo\u00eete de distribution commune doit \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendante l'une de l'autre et ne doit pas \u00eatre combin\u00e9e avec une bo\u00eete de jonction ou une bo\u00eete de distribution ; les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de tension de l'alimentation (tels que 380V AC, 220V AC, UPS, 24C DC) doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendants l'un de l'autre et ne doivent pas \u00eatre combin\u00e9s avec une bo\u00eete de jonction ou une bo\u00eete de distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-9211f0b1 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/fr\/products\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/\u56fe\u724716-1.png ,https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/\u56fe\u724716-1.png 780w, https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/\u56fe\u724716-1.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/\u56fe\u724716-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-2230\" width=\"750\" height=\"420\" title=\"\u56fe\u72471(6)\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2, la bo\u00eete de jonction de l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la hutte, la ligne \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre connect\u00e9e \u00e0 l'analyse de la hutte par l'interm\u00e9diaire de la bo\u00eete de jonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3, l'interrupteur principal doit \u00eatre situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la hutte, afin de couper l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique en cas de situation dangereuse \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la hutte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4, la bo\u00eete de distribution est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la hutte, chaque instrument et \u00e9quipement doit \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 et c\u00e2bl\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\u3001Chaque circuit de distribution doit \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 de son propre dispositif de protection par fusible et d'un interrupteur manuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6, la distribution publique d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et la distribution d'instruments devraient laisser au moins \u30fc d'un circuit de r\u00e9serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7, les interrupteurs de puissance, les bo\u00eetes de distribution, les bo\u00eetes de jonction et les autres \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la protection du lieu, aux exigences antid\u00e9flagrantes, install\u00e9s \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la hutte, le niveau de protection ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 IP55 ; la forme antid\u00e9flagrante doit \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e selon le type Exd (e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. L'\u00e9clairage des cabanes d'analyse antid\u00e9flagrantes est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 250 ~ 300 lx, afin de faciliter le fonctionnement et l'entretien. Il doit \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une lumi\u00e8re accidentelle. Les appareils d'\u00e9clairage avec onduleurs et batteries peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s, avec un temps de veille d'au moins 30 minutes. L'\u00e9quipement d'\u00e9clairage doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les zones dangereuses de la zone 1. L'interrupteur d'\u00e9clairage doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la porte principale \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la hutte d'analyse, en utilisant un interrupteur antid\u00e9flagrant.
