Exigences structurelles <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les surfaces de contact, des joints comprim\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour assurer l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l'enceinte. Tous les joints et les garnitures doivent \u00eatre d'une structure int\u00e9grale et continue, c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'ils doivent \u00eatre annulaires et ininterrompus. La structure de l'enceinte doit garantir la position correcte des joints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Si le degr\u00e9 de protection de l'enveloppe d\u00e9pend du joint au niveau de la jonction de l'enveloppe et si la jonction doit \u00eatre ouverte pendant l'installation ou l'entretien, le joint doit \u00eatre coll\u00e9 ou fix\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement \u00e0 l'une des surfaces de contact afin d'\u00e9viter toute perte, tout dommage ou toute installation incorrecte. Les surfaces d'assemblage utilisant des joints ne doivent pas utiliser de mat\u00e9riaux d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires comme moyen auxiliaire d'assurer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Les charni\u00e8res ne doivent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme moyen de maintenir l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, sauf dans les cas o\u00f9 le joint peut \u00eatre correctement comprim\u00e9 sans provoquer de mouvement inattendu, de contrainte ou de d\u00e9formation du joint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Les joints flexibles, tels que les soufflets, ne doivent pas \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des contraintes excessives en quelque point que ce soit. Des mesures doivent \u00eatre prises pour \u00e9viter les dommages m\u00e9caniques externes et chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre fix\u00e9e m\u00e9caniquement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Note : Les exigences ci-dessus ne s'appliquent pas aux joints \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du dispositif d'entr\u00e9e de c\u00e2ble. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">II. Exigences du test <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 les essais d'enveloppe conform\u00e9ment aux exigences correspondantes, des essais de pression doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur tous les \u00e9chantillons d'essai, suivis d'essais de degr\u00e9 de protection IP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La norme relative aux \u201cappareils prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par des enveloppes antid\u00e9flagrantes \u2018t'\u201d dans les environnements explosifs a ajout\u00e9 une exigence d'essai de pression pour \u00e9valuer l'effet protecteur des joints et des garnitures d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la pression interne doit \u00eatre d'au moins (4 \u00b1 0,4) kPa (pour le niveau de protection \u2018ta\u2019) et (2 \u00b1 0,2) kPa (pour les niveaux de protection \u2018tb\u2019 et \u2018tc\u2019), pendant 60 \u00e0 70 secondes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Il convient de noter ici que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"> (a) Le dispositif d'introduction des c\u00e2bles et les enveloppes suppl\u00e9mentaires de l'\u00e9quipement Ex ne doivent pas \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des essais de pression, \u00e0 l'exception du joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 qui assure la protection de la surface du joint d'installation du dispositif d'introduction et de l'enveloppe ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">(b) Si la structure de l'\u00e9quipement antid\u00e9flagrant peut restreindre le mouvement des joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, tels que les joints toriques dans les rainures ou les joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 coll\u00e9s d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la surface du joint, les essais de pression ne sont pas requis pour l'\u00e9quipement antid\u00e9flagrant avec les niveaux de protection \u201ctb\u201d et \u201ctc\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is well known that the protective performance of the equipment enclosure protected by the dust-proof ignition-proof enclosure &#8220;t&#8221; is a key point that product design focuses on.
