D'autres mat\u00e9riaux de rev\u00eatement peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 condition qu'il ait \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que ces mat\u00e9riaux de rev\u00eatement et leurs proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'application n'ont pas d'effets n\u00e9gatifs sur les performances d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 la flamme des surfaces de joint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Une graisse antirouille, telle que du p\u00e9trolatum ou de l'huile min\u00e9rale \u00e9paissie au savon, peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur les surfaces d'articulation avant l'assemblage. Si une graisse antirouille est appliqu\u00e9e, elle ne doit pas vieillir et durcir, contenir des solvants volatils et ne doit pas provoquer de rouille sur les surfaces d'articulation. Son ad\u00e9quation doit \u00eatre examin\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux instructions du fabricant de la graisse. Les surfaces des joints peuvent \u00eatre galvanis\u00e9es. Dans ce cas, le rev\u00eatement m\u00e9tallique doit r\u00e9pondre aux exigences suivantes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">- Si l'\u00e9paisseur ne d\u00e9passe pas 0,008 mm, aucune consid\u00e9ration suppl\u00e9mentaire n'est n\u00e9cessaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">- Si l'\u00e9paisseur d\u00e9passe 0,008 mm, l'espace libre maximal sans rev\u00eatement doit rester conforme aux exigences applicables \u00e0 la surface du joint, et l'essai de transmission de l'explosion doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 sur la base de l'espace libre sans rev\u00eatement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">II. Exigences relatives \u00e0 l'entretien des surfaces de joint \u00e9tanches \u00e0 la flamme <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Lors du remontage du bo\u00eetier antid\u00e9flagrant, toutes les surfaces de contact doivent \u00eatre soigneusement nettoy\u00e9es et enduites de la graisse appropri\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e afin de pr\u00e9venir la corrosion et d'am\u00e9liorer la protection contre les intemp\u00e9ries. Les trous de passage des boulons ne doivent pas \u00eatre lubrifi\u00e9s avec de la graisse.
