Voici cinq strat\u00e9gies essentielles permettant aux entreprises chimiques d'att\u00e9nuer les risques d'explosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Protection antid\u00e9flagrante des installations chimiques<\/strong>: <strong>Contr\u00f4ler et \u00e9liminer les sources d'inflammation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Flammes nues<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flammes nues dans les environnements industriels comprennent principalement le chauffage, la maintenance et d'autres sources d'incendie op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour chauffer des mat\u00e9riaux inflammables, utilisez de la vapeur ou d'autres moyens de transfert de chaleur plut\u00f4t que des flammes nues. Mettre en place des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques antid\u00e9flagrants, scell\u00e9s ou isol\u00e9s dans les zones dangereuses en fonction de la classification des risques et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9lection du mat\u00e9riel \u00e9lectrique antid\u00e9flagrant et d'autres aspects doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux normes suivantes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">les normes pertinentes EN60079.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Autres sources d'allumage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Traiter les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques, les coups de foudre et le contact entre des mat\u00e9riaux inflammables et des surfaces chaudes.
