Cependant, la confusion qui r\u00e8gne sur le march\u00e9 mondial entre les concepts d\u201c\u201dantid\u00e9flagrant\u201c et d\u201d\"antid\u00e9flagrant\", ainsi que les diff\u00e9rences entre les syst\u00e8mes de certification tels que l'ATEX,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> IECEx<\/a>, conduisent souvent \u00e0 des erreurs de s\u00e9lection, voire \u00e0 des risques de non-conformit\u00e9. Des erreurs de s\u00e9lection et m\u00eame des risques de non-conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce document analyse la comparaison des normes techniques et des sc\u00e9narios r\u00e9els pour vous permettre de clarifier le processus de prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tout d'abord, la d\u00e9finition technique : pourquoi les termes \u201cantid\u00e9flagrant\u201d et \u201cr\u00e9sistant aux explosions\u201d ne sont-ils pas synonymes ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diff\u00e9rences dans la philosophie de conception<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antid\u00e9flagrant (norme nord-am\u00e9ricaine) : Par une structure renforc\u00e9e (telle que des joints filet\u00e9s) pour limiter l'explosion interne \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'enceinte, et par le refroidissement des gaz de flamme pour emp\u00eacher une inflammation secondaire (UL 1203).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l'\u00e9preuve des flammes (norme europ\u00e9enne) : l'enveloppe \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance (par exemple en fonte conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme EN 60079-1) r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la pression de l'explosion plut\u00f4t que d'emp\u00eacher compl\u00e8tement la flamme de s'\u00e9chapper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comparaison des m\u00e9thodes d'essai<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les luminaires antid\u00e9flagrants doivent passer un minimum de 5 simulations d'explosion interne de m\u00e9thane\/hydrog\u00e8ne (FM 3600), tandis que les luminaires antid\u00e9flagrants doivent v\u00e9rifier que le bo\u00eetier ne se d\u00e9forme pas de mani\u00e8re permanente sous 1,5 fois la pression d'explosion maximale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sc\u00e9narios d'application typiques<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9clairage antid\u00e9flagrant : Zone de classe I division 1 (environnement m\u00e9thane) dans une raffinerie am\u00e9ricaine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9clairage antid\u00e9flagrant : Usine chimique canadienne Zone 1 (gaz \u00e9thyl\u00e8ne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Deuxi\u00e8mement, la carte de la certification : ATEX, IECEx, le champ de bataille invisible de NEC<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. NEC : seuil d'entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syst\u00e8me de classe\/division : La classe II division 1 (poussi\u00e8res combustibles) exige que les luminaires passent le test d'impact de 20 joules de la norme UL 844.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nouvelles r\u00e9glementations en 2023 : nouvelles dispositions en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9valuation antid\u00e9flagrante pour les \u00e9quipements aliment\u00e9s par des batteries lithium-ion (NEC 500.8(K)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Troisi\u00e8mement, relever les trois principaux d\u00e9fis techniques de l'atterrissage de certification<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3
