Ces normes sont reconnues dans le monde entier, les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions ayant leurs propres syst\u00e8mes, mais avec le m\u00eame objectif principal de r\u00e9duire le risque d'explosion par des moyens techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exigences et les normes sp\u00e9cifiques pour la certification globale des luminaires antid\u00e9flagrants peuvent varier d'une r\u00e9gion \u00e0 l'autre et d'un pays \u00e0 l'autre.Quelle est la norme pour l'\u00e9clairage antid\u00e9flagrant ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous trouverez ci-dessous une vue d'ensemble de certaines des exigences et normes mondiales courantes en mati\u00e8re de certification antid\u00e9flagrante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UE ATEX :<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ATEX est l'ensemble des directives europ\u00e9ennes relatives aux \u00e9quipements antid\u00e9flagrants. Son nom est d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de la phrase fran\u00e7aise \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, c'est-\u00e0-dire \u201cEquipment for use in explosive atmospheres\u201d. L'ATEX se compose de deux directives principales :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) - Directive 2014\/34\/EU : s'applique aux appareils et syst\u00e8mes de protection destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en atmosph\u00e8res explosives. La directive d\u00e9finit les exigences essentielles de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es par les fabricants d'appareils, couvrant la conception, la fabrication et les essais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATEX 137 - Directive 1999\/92\/CE : s'applique aux lieux de travail en atmosph\u00e8res explosives. La directive d\u00e9finit les mesures que les employeurs doivent prendre pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 de leurs employ\u00e9s, y compris l'\u00e9valuation des risques, la classification des zones et une formation appropri\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification ATEX (UE) : ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) est l'exigence de certification de l'Union europ\u00e9enne pour les \u00e9quipements utilis\u00e9s dans des environnements de gaz, de vapeurs ou de poussi\u00e8res potentiellement explosifs. Ses principales normes sont les normes EN 60079-0 et EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La certification ATEX s'applique aux \u00c9tats membres de l'UE et le mat\u00e9riel doit \u00eatre conforme \u00e0 ces directives pour \u00eatre vendu et utilis\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l'UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Am\u00e9rique du Nord<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En Am\u00e9rique du Nord (\u00c9tats-Unis et Canada), les substances explosives sont class\u00e9es en trois grandes cat\u00e9gories, \u00e0 savoir la classe I (gaz explosifs), la classe II (poussi\u00e8res explosives) et la classe III (fibres explosives). Chaque cat\u00e9gorie est \u00e9galement subdivis\u00e9e en diff\u00e9rents groupes, par exemple la classe I est divis\u00e9e en groupe A (ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne), groupe B (hydrog\u00e8ne), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me nord-am\u00e9ricain sera divis\u00e9 en deux niveaux d'emplacements dangereux explosifs, \u00e0 savoir la division 1 et la division 2. 1 (Division 1) : dans des conditions normales d'exploitation, des gaz, des poussi\u00e8res et des d\u00e9bris explosifs peuvent toujours ou parfois exister ; 2 (Division 2) : dans des conditions normales d'exploitation, il est peu probable que ces substances soient pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification UL (\u00c9tats-Unis) : UL (Underwriters Laboratories) est un organisme de certification am\u00e9ricain qui \u00e9value et certifie les performances antid\u00e9flagrantes des lampes et des luminaires. La norme UL 844 est couramment utilis\u00e9e pour les lampes et les luminaires antid\u00e9flagrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification CSA (Canada) : CSA (Canadian Standards Association) est l'organisme de certification canadien qui \u00e9value et certifie les performances antid\u00e9flagrantes des lampes et des lanternes. La norme CSA C22.2 n\u00b0 137 concerne les lampes et les lanternes antid\u00e9flagrantes couramment utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chine GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Chine adopte principalement la m\u00e9thode de division de la Commission \u00e9lectrotechnique (CEI), qui divise les substances explosives en trois cat\u00e9gories, \u00e0 savoir le m\u00e9thane minier (classe I), les m\u00e9langes de gaz explosifs (classe II) et les poussi\u00e8res et fibres explosives (classe III). Chaque classe est subdivis\u00e9e, par exemple, la classe II est divis\u00e9e en classe B (\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne, etc.) et classe A (propane, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norme GB (Chine) : Le Comit\u00e9 national chinois de normalisation a publi\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de normes nationales sur l'\u00e9clairage antid\u00e9flagrant, telles que GB 3836.1 et GB 3836.2. La Chine sera divis\u00e9e en trois zones \u00e0 risque d'explosion, \u00e0 savoir la zone 0 (zone 0), la zone 1 (zone 1\/zone 21) et la zone 2 (zone 2\/zone 22). Ces zones sont bas\u00e9es sur la probabilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence de gaz, de vapeurs ou de poussi\u00e8res explosifs dans des conditions de fonctionnement normales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9gion CEI<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification CU-TR pour la r\u00e9gion de la CEI (Russie, Belarus, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Introduction : La certification CU-TR est une certification des r\u00e8glements techniques de l'Union douani\u00e8re (comprenant la Russie, la Bi\u00e9lorussie, le Kazakhstan, l'Arm\u00e9nie et le Kirghizistan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caract\u00e9ristiques : Sa marque de certification est EAC, et le processus de certification est bas\u00e9 sur des normes similaires \u00e0 celles de la CEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Champ d'application : Pour les fabricants de produits de protection contre les explosions souhaitant entrer sur le march\u00e9 de l'Union douani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'IECEx est la Commission \u00e9lectrotechnique internationale (CEI) qui a mis au point le syst\u00e8me international de certification des \u00e9quipements antid\u00e9flagrants, dont le nom complet est \u201cIEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres\u201d (Syst\u00e8me CEI de certification des normes relatives aux \u00e9quipements utilis\u00e9s en atmosph\u00e8res explosives). Le syst\u00e8me est con\u00e7u pour fournir un programme de certification coh\u00e9rent \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale afin de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements et des services utilis\u00e9s dans des atmosph\u00e8res explosives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification IECEx (internationale) : IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission Scheme for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres) est un syst\u00e8me de certification international pour les \u00e9quipements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des atmosph\u00e8res explosives de gaz et de poussi\u00e8res. Les normes couramment utilis\u00e9es sont IEC 60079-0 et IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La certification IECEx est mondialement reconnue et n'est pas seulement applicable dans l'Union europ\u00e9enne, mais est largement utilis\u00e9e dans d'autres pays et r\u00e9gions, tels que l'Australie, la Chine et le Moyen-Orient, parmi beaucoup d'autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certification de la protection contre les explosions dans d'autres pays et r\u00e9gions<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Japon : TIIS (Japan Industrial Safety Technology Association) pour les organismes de certification des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques antid\u00e9flagrants d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par le minist\u00e8re japonais de la sant\u00e9, du travail et de la protection sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cor\u00e9e : La certification KC est applicable au march\u00e9 cor\u00e9en. Les fabricants qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenu le certificat IECEx peuvent demander le certificat, le rapport d'essai et les documents techniques pour obtenir le certificat KC cor\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9MIRATS ARABES UNIS : ECASEx est une certification obligatoire pour le mat\u00e9riel \u00e9lectrique utilis\u00e9 dans des atmosph\u00e8res potentiellement explosives, d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par l'ESMA, l'autorit\u00e9 \u00e9miratie pour la normalisation et la m\u00e9trologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Br\u00e9sil : La marque INMETRO est une certification obligatoire sous l'autorit\u00e9 de l'Organisation nationale d'audit (INMETRO) au Br\u00e9sil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Australie et Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande : Les certificats IECEx sont directement
