Les lampes et lanternes ordinaires ne peuvent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans une zone antid\u00e9flagrante. Les lampes ordinaires sont utilis\u00e9es dans des endroits o\u00f9 il existe des gaz et des poussi\u00e8res non combustibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu'est-ce qu'une zone antid\u00e9flagrante, une zone dangereuse ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la classification des zones dangereuses de la Commission \u00e9lectrotechnique internationale (CEI)\/Commission \u00e9lectrotechnique europ\u00e9enne (ENEC), les zones dangereuses sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zone 0 (Zone 0) : <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la zone o\u00f9 des gaz explosifs sont pr\u00e9sents en permanence ou pendant une longue p\u00e9riode, et o\u00f9 le risque est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1000 heures\/an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zone o\u00f9 des m\u00e9langes de gaz explosifs sont pr\u00e9sents en permanence ou pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes en fonctionnement normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, l'int\u00e9rieur des r\u00e9servoirs de stockage dans certaines raffineries de p\u00e9trole, o\u00f9 des gaz volatils inflammables sont pr\u00e9sents en permanence \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des r\u00e9servoirs en raison du stockage d'huiles inflammables et explosives, est un environnement de zone 0. Le risque d'explosion dans cette zone est extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et les exigences en mati\u00e8re de protection contre les explosions pour les \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques, etc. sont les plus strictes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zone 1 (Zone 1) : <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 une zone o\u00f9 des gaz inflammables peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents en fonctionnement normal avec un risque de 10 \u00e0 1000 heures\/an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le fonctionnement normal fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au fonctionnement habituel de l'\u00e9quipement dans le cadre de ses param\u00e8tres de conception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, dans une usine de production chimique, certains pipelines transportent des gaz combustibles, bien que des mesures d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 aient \u00e9t\u00e9 prises, mais dans le cadre du fonctionnement normal du processus, il peut toujours y avoir une petite fuite de gaz combustible, entra\u00eenant la formation de m\u00e9langes de gaz explosifs. Ce type de zone sera divis\u00e9 en zone 1. Dans la zone 1, la possibilit\u00e9 d'explosion est relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les exigences en mati\u00e8re de protection contre les explosions des \u00e9quipements sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s strictes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zone 2 (Zone 2) : <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d\u00e9signe l'absence de gaz inflammables dans des conditions normales, m\u00eame si elle est occasionnelle, l'existence d'une tr\u00e8s courte p\u00e9riode de temps, l'\u00e9tat d'accident du risque de 0,1 \u00e0 10 heures\/an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans certaines installations industrielles bien ventil\u00e9es, bien qu'une petite quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9quipements puisse laisser \u00e9chapper des gaz inflammables, le syst\u00e8me de ventilation peut diluer les fuites de gaz et les \u00e9vacuer \u00e0 temps, de sorte qu'il est peu probable que des m\u00e9langes de gaz explosifs subsistent pendant une longue p\u00e9riode. Ce type de zone est class\u00e9 comme zone 2. Par rapport aux zones 0 et 1, la zone 2 pr\u00e9sente une probabilit\u00e9 d'explosion plus faible, mais n\u00e9cessite n\u00e9anmoins des mesures de protection appropri\u00e9es contre les explosions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pour les environnements poussi\u00e9reux, la classification ATEX est similaire : <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zone 20 : <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les lieux et l'int\u00e9rieur des conteneurs o\u00f9 des poussi\u00e8res combustibles sont pr\u00e9sentes de mani\u00e8re continue ou suffisamment fr\u00e9quente pour former des m\u00e9langes poussi\u00e8res-air combustibles et\/ou o\u00f9 une couche de poussi\u00e8re incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e et extr\u00eamement \u00e9paisse est susceptible de se former dans le cadre d'un fonctionnement normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, l'usine de mouture de certaines minoteries, o\u00f9 de grandes quantit\u00e9s de poussi\u00e8re de farine sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es au cours du processus de production avec des concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es et persistantes de poussi\u00e8re, rel\u00e8verait de la zone 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zone 21 : <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emplacements o\u00f9 la poussi\u00e8re peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente en quantit\u00e9s suffisantes pour former un m\u00e9lange air-poussi\u00e8re combustible en fonctionnement normal, mais qui ne sont pas class\u00e9s en zone 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les zones adjacentes aux sources d'\u00e9mission de poussi\u00e8res (tr\u00e9mies, conteneurs, etc.), o\u00f9 il peut y avoir des fuites intermittentes de poussi\u00e8res, entra\u00eenant la formation de poussi\u00e8res combustibles et de m\u00e9langes d'air dans des zones localis\u00e9es, telles que certaines zones de manutention des mat\u00e9riaux, qui peuvent relever de la zone 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 seulement pendant de courtes p\u00e9riodes dans des conditions inhabituelles, ou o\u00f9 des poussi\u00e8res combustibles s'accumulent occasionnellement ou peuvent \u00eatre superpos\u00e9es et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un m\u00e9lange de poussi\u00e8res combustibles en suspension dans l'air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, dans certains ateliers produisant de la poussi\u00e8re mais bien ventil\u00e9s et bien g\u00e9r\u00e9s, une faible accumulation de poussi\u00e8re ne peut se produire que dans des conditions anormales telles qu'une panne
