En principe, aux sorties des b\u00e2timents ou des installations, dans les escaliers, les salles de contr\u00f4le, les sous-stations et les salles de distribution, les centrales \u00e9lectriques autonomes, les centrales \u00e9lectriques, les salles de contr\u00f4le incendie et les boutons d'alarme incendie, les salles des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs diesel, les tableaux de bord sur site, les zones de pompage, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des laveurs d'yeux, des vannes ou instruments importants, des postes de commande importants, et lorsque l'\u00e9clairage normal est d\u00e9faillant, pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, un \u00e9clairage de secours doit \u00eatre fourni lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer le fonctionnement de l'installation ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du et de la productivit\u00e9 du travail ; r\u00e9aliser une utilisation s\u00fbre, des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie, une technologie avanc\u00e9e, une maintenance et une gestion \u00e9conomiques et
