Requisitos para el tratamiento antioxidante de superficies de juntas antideflagrantes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">No se permite pintar ni plastificar las superficies de las juntas ign\u00edfugas. Se pueden emplear otros materiales de recubrimiento siempre que se haya verificado que estos materiales de recubrimiento y sus procesos de aplicaci\u00f3n no tienen efectos adversos sobre el rendimiento antideflagrante de las superficies de las juntas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La grasa antioxidante, como la vaselina o el aceite mineral espesado con jab\u00f3n, puede aplicarse antes del montaje sobre las superficies de las juntas. Si se aplica grasa antioxidante, \u00e9sta no debe envejecer ni endurecerse, contener disolventes vol\u00e1tiles y no debe provocar \u00f3xido en las superficies de uni\u00f3n. Su idoneidad debe examinarse de acuerdo con las instrucciones del fabricante de la grasa. Las superficies de las juntas pueden galvanizarse. En este caso, el revestimiento met\u00e1lico debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">- Si el grosor no excede de 0,008 mm, no son necesarias consideraciones adicionales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">- Si el grosor es superior a 0,008 mm, la holgura m\u00e1xima sin revestimiento debe seguir cumpliendo los requisitos aplicables a la superficie de la junta, y la prueba de transmisi\u00f3n de la explosi\u00f3n debe realizarse bas\u00e1ndose en el tama\u00f1o de la holgura sin revestimiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">II. Requisitos para el mantenimiento de superficies de juntas antideflagrantes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Al volver a montar la envolvente antideflagrante, todas las superficies de contacto deben limpiarse a fondo y recubrirse con la grasa adecuada especificada para evitar la corrosi\u00f3n y mejorar la protecci\u00f3n contra la intemperie. Los orificios pasantes de los tornillos no deben lubricarse con grasa.
