Medidas correctoras y sustituci\u00f3n de equipos <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La inspecci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de los dispositivos el\u00e9ctricos a prueba de explosiones deben implicar, cuando sea necesario, la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas correctoras adecuadas. Es importante mantener la integridad del tipo antideflagrante del aparato, lo que puede consultarse con el fabricante. La sustituci\u00f3n de componentes debe realizarse de acuerdo con los requisitos de los documentos aplicables. Si los documentos estipulan que la sustituci\u00f3n de determinados componentes puede repercutir negativamente en las prestaciones de seguridad del equipo, dicha sustituci\u00f3n no debe llevarse a cabo sin el consentimiento de las autoridades competentes. Es aconsejable evitar conflictos con las medidas adoptadas por el fabricante para reducir el impacto de la electricidad est\u00e1tica. Al sustituir la fuente de luz del dispositivo de iluminaci\u00f3n, debe utilizarse el valor nominal y el modelo correctos de la fuente de luz; de lo contrario, puede provocar una temperatura excesiva. Durante la vida \u00fatil de las l\u00e1mparas del tipo de seguridad aumentada, debe prestarse atenci\u00f3n a la sustituci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de la fuente de luz, ya que puede afectar al grupo de temperatura de las l\u00e1mparas. Nota: El grabado, la pintura o el bloqueo de las partes transparentes, o la instalaci\u00f3n incorrecta del dispositivo de iluminaci\u00f3n pueden provocar una temperatura excesiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">II. Mantenimiento de cables flexibles <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Los cables flexibles, los conductos flexibles y sus conexiones terminales son propensos a sufrir da\u00f1os y deben inspeccionarse a intervalos prescritos. Retirada <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si es necesario retirar equipos el\u00e9ctricos, etc. del dispositivo durante el mantenimiento, los conductores expuestos deber\u00e1n: a) Conectarse correctamente a los terminales de la carcasa apropiada; o b) Desconectarse de todas las fuentes de alimentaci\u00f3n y aislarse; o c) Desconectarse de todas las fuentes de alimentaci\u00f3n y conectarse a tierra. Si el equipo el\u00e9ctrico se retira de forma permanente, todos los conductores de alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica asociados a \u00e9l deber\u00e1n desconectarse y: a) Demolerse; o b) Conectarse correctamente a los terminales dentro de la carcasa apropiada; o c) Deber\u00e1 conectarse a tierra s\u00f3lo en un extremo, y el otro extremo del cable deber\u00e1 aislarse de forma segura (por ejemplo, mediante sellado termorretr\u00e1ctil). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: El uso exclusivo de cinta autoadhesiva no se considera un m\u00e9todo de aislamiento seguro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">IV.
