Estas normas est\u00e1n reconocidas en todo el mundo, aunque las distintas regiones tienen sus propios sistemas, con el mismo objetivo b\u00e1sico de reducir el riesgo de explosi\u00f3n por medios t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los requisitos y normas espec\u00edficos para la certificaci\u00f3n global de luminarias a prueba de explosiones pueden variar de una regi\u00f3n a otra y de un pa\u00eds a otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3n se ofrece una visi\u00f3n general de algunos de los requisitos y normas mundiales m\u00e1s comunes para la certificaci\u00f3n antideflagrante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UE ATEX:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX es el conjunto de directivas europeas sobre equipos a prueba de explosiones. Su nombre procede de la expresi\u00f3n francesa \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, es decir, \u201cAparatos destinados a ser utilizados en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas\u201d. ATEX consta de dos directivas principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) - Directiva 2014\/34\/UE: se aplica a los aparatos y sistemas de protecci\u00f3n para uso en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas. La Directiva establece los requisitos esenciales de salud y seguridad que deben cumplir los fabricantes de equipos y que abarcan el dise\u00f1o, la fabricaci\u00f3n y los ensayos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 137 - Directiva 1999\/92\/CE: se aplica a los lugares de trabajo en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas. La Directiva establece las medidas que deben adoptar los empresarios para garantizar la seguridad y la salud de sus empleados, incluida la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos, la clasificaci\u00f3n de las zonas y una formaci\u00f3n adecuada en materia de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificaci\u00f3n ATEX (UE): ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) es el requisito de certificaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea para equipos utilizados en entornos con gases, vapores o polvo potencialmente explosivos. Sus principales normas son la EN 60079-0 y la EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certificaci\u00f3n ATEX se aplica a los Estados miembros de la UE y los equipos deben cumplir estas directivas para poder venderse y utilizarse en el mercado de la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Norteam\u00e9rica<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Norteam\u00e9rica (por ejemplo, EE.UU. y Canad\u00e1), las sustancias explosivas se clasifican en tres categor\u00edas principales, a saber, Clase I (gases explosivos), Clase II (polvos explosivos) y Clase III (fibras explosivas). Dentro de cada categor\u00eda tambi\u00e9n se subdividen en diferentes grupos, como la Clase I se divide en Grupo A (acetileno), Grupo B (hidr\u00f3geno), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sistema norteamericano se dividir\u00e1 en dos niveles de emplazamientos con riesgo de explosi\u00f3n, a saber, la Divisi\u00f3n 1 y la Divisi\u00f3n 2. Se trata de los siguientes niveles 1 (Divisi\u00f3n 1) que, en condiciones normales de funcionamiento, siempre o a veces pueden existir gases, polvos y part\u00edculas explosivas; 2 (Divisi\u00f3n 2) que, en condiciones normales de funcionamiento, es improbable que existan estas sustancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificaci\u00f3n UL (EE.UU.): UL (Underwriters Laboratories) es un organismo de certificaci\u00f3n estadounidense que eval\u00faa y certifica el rendimiento a prueba de explosiones de l\u00e1mparas y luminarias. UL 844 es una norma de uso com\u00fan para l\u00e1mparas y luminarias a prueba de explosiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificaci\u00f3n CSA (Canad\u00e1): CSA (Canadian Standards Association) es el organismo de certificaci\u00f3n canadiense, el rendimiento a prueba de explosiones de las l\u00e1mparas y linternas para evaluar y certificar la CSA C22.2 N \u00ba 137 es para las l\u00e1mparas a prueba de explosiones y linternas normas de uso com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>China GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China adopta principalmente el m\u00e9todo de divisi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Electrot\u00e9cnica (CEI), que divide las sustancias explosivas en tres categor\u00edas: metano de miner\u00eda (Clase I), mezclas de gases explosivos (Clase II) y polvos y fibras explosivos (Clase III). Cada clase se subdivide a su vez dentro de cada categor\u00eda, por ejemplo, la Clase II se divide en Clase B (etileno, etc.) y Clase A (propano, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norma GB (China): El Comit\u00e9 Nacional de Normalizaci\u00f3n de China ha publicado una serie de normas nacionales sobre iluminaci\u00f3n a prueba de explosiones, como GB 3836.1 y GB 3836.2. China se dividir\u00e1 en tres zonas con peligro de explosi\u00f3n, a saber, Zona 0 (Zona 0), Zona 1 (Zona 1\/Zona 21), Zona 2 (Zona 2\/Zona 22). Estas zonas se basan en la probabilidad de presencia de gases, vapores o polvos explosivos en condiciones normales de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regi\u00f3n de la CEI<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificaci\u00f3n CU-TR para la regi\u00f3n de la CEI (por ejemplo, Rusia, Bielorrusia, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introducci\u00f3n: La certificaci\u00f3n CU-TR es una certificaci\u00f3n de reglamentos t\u00e9cnicos de la Uni\u00f3n Aduanera (que incluye a Rusia, Bielorrusia, Kazajist\u00e1n, Armenia y Kirguist\u00e1n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caracter\u00edsticas: Su marca de certificaci\u00f3n es EAC, y el proceso de certificaci\u00f3n se basa en normas similares a las de la CEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n: Para fabricantes de productos de protecci\u00f3n contra explosiones que deseen entrar en el mercado de la Uni\u00f3n Aduanera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx es la Comisi\u00f3n Electrot\u00e9cnica Internacional (CEI) desarroll\u00f3 el sistema de certificaci\u00f3n internacional para equipos a prueba de explosiones, nombre completo \u201cIEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres\u201d. El sistema est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ofrecer un programa de certificaci\u00f3n coherente a escala mundial que garantice la seguridad de los equipos y servicios utilizados en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificaci\u00f3n IECEx (internacional): IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission Scheme for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres) es un sistema internacional de certificaci\u00f3n de equipos para uso en atm\u00f3sferas explosivas de gas y polvo. Las normas m\u00e1s utilizadas son la IEC 60079-0 y la IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certificaci\u00f3n IECEx goza de reconocimiento mundial y no s\u00f3lo es aplicable en la Uni\u00f3n Europea, sino que se utiliza ampliamente en otros pa\u00edses y regiones, como Australia, China y Oriente Medio, entre muchos otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certificaci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n contra explosiones en otros pa\u00edses y regiones<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jap\u00f3n: TIIS (Japan Industrial Safety Technology Association) para los organismos de certificaci\u00f3n de equipos el\u00e9ctricos a prueba de explosiones designados por el Ministerio de Sanidad, Trabajo y Bienestar de Jap\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corea: La certificaci\u00f3n KC es aplicable al mercado coreano, los fabricantes que ya han obtenido el certificado IECEx, con el certificado, informe de pruebas y documentos t\u00e9cnicos para solicitar el certificado KC coreano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EAU: ECASEx es una certificaci\u00f3n obligatoria para los equipos el\u00e9ctricos utilizados en atm\u00f3sferas potencialmente explosivas por ESMA, la Autoridad de Normalizaci\u00f3n y Metrolog\u00eda de los Emiratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brasil: La marca INMETRO es una certificaci\u00f3n obligatoria bajo la autoridad de la Organizaci\u00f3n Nacional de Auditor\u00eda (INMETRO) en Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Australia y Nueva Zelanda: Los certificados IECEx se reconocen directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container
