Requisitos estructurales <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">En las superficies de contacto pueden utilizarse juntas comprimidas para garantizar la eficacia de la estanqueidad de la envolvente. Todas las juntas y sellos deben tener una estructura integral continua, es decir, anular e ininterrumpida. La estructura de la envolvente debe garantizar la posici\u00f3n correcta de las juntas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Si el grado de protecci\u00f3n de la envolvente depende de la junta en la uni\u00f3n de la envolvente y es necesario abrir la junta durante la instalaci\u00f3n o el mantenimiento, la junta debe adherirse o fijarse mec\u00e1nicamente a una de las superficies de contacto para evitar p\u00e9rdidas, da\u00f1os o una instalaci\u00f3n incorrecta. Las superficies de contacto que utilicen juntas no deben emplear materiales sellantes adicionales como medio auxiliar de estanquidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Las bisagras no deben utilizarse como medio para mantener la estanqueidad, excepto en los casos en que la junta pueda comprimirse adecuadamente sin provocar movimientos inesperados, tensiones o deformaciones de la junta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Las juntas flexibles, como los fuelles, no deben someterse a tensiones excesivas en ning\u00fan punto. Deben tomarse medidas para evitar da\u00f1os mec\u00e1nicos externos, y cada extremo debe fijarse mec\u00e1nicamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nota: Los requisitos anteriores no se aplican a las juntas del dispositivo de entrada de cables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">II. Requisitos de las pruebas <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Tras realizar las pruebas de la carcasa de acuerdo con los requisitos correspondientes, deben efectuarse pruebas de presi\u00f3n en todas las muestras de prueba, seguidas de pruebas del grado de protecci\u00f3n IP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La norma para \u201cAparatos protegidos por envolventes antideflagrantes de polvo \u2018t'\u201d en entornos explosivos ha a\u00f1adido un requisito de prueba de presi\u00f3n para evaluar el efecto protector de juntas y sellos. Concretamente, la presi\u00f3n interna debe ser de al menos (4 \u00b1 0,4) kPa (para el nivel de protecci\u00f3n \u2018ta\u2019) y (2 \u00b1 0,2) kPa (para los niveles de protecci\u00f3n \u2018tb\u2019 y \u2018tc\u2019), con una duraci\u00f3n de 60 a 70 segundos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"> (a) El dispositivo de introducci\u00f3n de cables y las envolventes adicionales de los equipos Ex no necesitan someterse a pruebas de presi\u00f3n, a excepci\u00f3n de la junta de estanqueidad que proporciona protecci\u00f3n en la superficie de la junta de instalaci\u00f3n del dispositivo de introducci\u00f3n y la envolvente; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">(b) Si la estructura del equipo Ex puede restringir el movimiento de juntas y sellos, como anillos \u201cO\u201d en ranuras o juntas de sellado adheridas a un lado de la superficie de la junta, no se requieren pruebas de presi\u00f3n para equipos Ex con niveles de protecci\u00f3n \u201ctb\u201d y \u201ctc\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is well known that the protective performance of the equipment enclosure protected by the dust-proof ignition-proof enclosure &#8220;t&#8221; is a key point that product design focuses on.
