A continuaci\u00f3n se exponen cinco estrategias esenciales para que las empresas qu\u00edmicas mitiguen los riesgos de explosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Plantas qu\u00edmicas a prueba de explosiones<\/strong>: <strong>Controlar y eliminar las fuentes de ignici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Llamas abiertas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las llamas abiertas en entornos industriales incluyen principalmente la calefacci\u00f3n, el mantenimiento y otras fuentes de fuego operativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilice vapor u otros medios de transferencia de calor en lugar de llamas abiertas para calentar materiales inflamables. Si no se puede evitar el uso de llamas abiertas, aseg\u00farese de que el equipo est\u00e9 herm\u00e9ticamente cerrado y de que las c\u00e1maras de combusti\u00f3n est\u00e9n aisladas de las unidades de procesamiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduzca al m\u00ednimo la soldadura en zonas propensas a incendios o explosiones. Para trabajos en caliente (por ejemplo, soldadura) en equipos o tuber\u00edas que contengan materiales inflamables, siga estrictamente protocolos como el aislamiento, la purga, la limpieza y las pruebas de gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evite que salten chispas de las chimeneas o de los tubos de escape de los veh\u00edculos garantizando una combusti\u00f3n correcta del horno, una altura adecuada de la chimenea e instalando parachispas en los tubos de escape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Fricci\u00f3n e impacto<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las chispas producidas por la fricci\u00f3n de la maquinaria, las colisiones de metales o las herramientas que golpean el hormig\u00f3n pueden inflamar los materiales inflamables. Las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lubrique regularmente los cojinetes para reducir la fricci\u00f3n y eliminar los residuos combustibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilice materiales que no produzcan chispas (por ejemplo, aleaciones de cobre) para las piezas giratorias en zonas peligrosas. Implemente sistemas el\u00e9ctricos a prueba de explosiones, sellados o aislados en zonas peligrosas en funci\u00f3n de las clasificaciones de riesgo y las propiedades de los materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La selecci\u00f3n del material el\u00e9ctrico antideflagrante y otros aspectos deben realizarse de acuerdo con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">normas pertinentes EN60079.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Otras fuentes de ignici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tratar las descargas electrost\u00e1ticas, los rayos y el contacto entre materiales inflamables y superficies calientes. A\u00edsle los equipos y tuber\u00edas de alta temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Manipulaci\u00f3n segura de materiales peligrosos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sustituya los materiales altamente peligrosos por alternativas m\u00e1s seguras siempre que sea posible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aislar o estabilizar las sustancias autoinflamables (por ejemplo, aceites, productos qu\u00edmicos reactivos con el agua). Plantas qu\u00edmicas a prueba de explosiones<\/strong>: <strong>Controles de seguridad de par\u00e1metros de proceso<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Control de temperatura<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenga temperaturas de reacci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimas para evitar reacciones fuera de control o descomposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Control de la presi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Controlar las fluctuaciones de presi\u00f3n e instalar dispositivos de seguridad fiables (por ejemplo, v\u00e1lvulas de alivio). Evite la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada de gases entre sistemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(3) Alimentaci\u00f3n de material<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regule las velocidades de alimentaci\u00f3n para evitar el desbocamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlar estrictamente las proporciones de los reactivos y las secuencias de alimentaci\u00f3n (por ejemplo, hidr\u00f3geno antes que cloro en la s\u00edntesis de HCl). Implemente v\u00e1lvulas enclavadas para evitar errores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantizar la pureza de la materia prima para evitar reacciones secundarias peligrosas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(4) Prevenci\u00f3n de fugas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Solucione las fugas internas\/externas mediante el mantenimiento de las v\u00e1lvulas, los sistemas de doble v\u00e1lvula y un etiquetado claro. Evite el sobrellenado y el funcionamiento incorrecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(5) Protocolos de parada de emergencia<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Formar al personal para hacer frente a los cortes de suministro el\u00e9ctrico. Realizar simulacros y preparar planes de contingencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Sellado e inertizaci\u00f3n del sistema<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(1) Sellado<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimice las fugas utilizando uniones soldadas sobre bridas y tubos sin soldadura. En los sistemas de vac\u00edo, evite la entrada de aire purgando con gas inerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(2) Inertizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustituir el ox\u00edgeno por gases inertes (por ejemplo, nitr\u00f3geno) para suprimir la combusti\u00f3n. Controlar el flujo de gas, la presi\u00f3n y los niveles de ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Ventilaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evite la recirculaci\u00f3n de aire que contenga gases inflamables. Separe los sistemas de escape y de admisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilice ventiladores y conductos resistentes a las chispas. la aplicaci\u00f3n rigurosa de estas medidas -control de las fuentes de ignici\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n de los materiales peligrosos, optimizaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros del proceso, garant\u00eda de la integridad del sistema y mantenimiento de una ventilaci\u00f3n adecuada- las plantas qu\u00edmicas pueden reducir significativamente los riesgos de explosi\u00f3n y proteger tanto a los
