Bei der Auswahl der Bauteile sollten diese \u00c4nderungen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, und die Bewertung sollte gem\u00e4\u00df den Anforderungen der entsprechenden \u201cEigensicheren \u2018i\u2019 gesch\u00fctzten Betriebsmittel\u201d unter Verwendung der vom Hersteller angegebenen Betriebstemperatur erfolgen. Dieser Bemessungswert sollte die \u00c4nderungen im Betrieb von Halbleiterbauelementen ber\u00fccksichtigen, die sich auf die eigensichere Leistung auswirken, um die erforderliche eigensichere Funktion zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Die Leistung der eigensicheren Stromversorgung mit dynamischen eigensicheren Bauelementen, die in solchen Systemen verwendet wird, h\u00e4ngt von der Umgebungstemperatur am Einsatzort ab. In der Praxis werden die Pr\u00fcfungen jedoch meist bei Labortemperaturen durchgef\u00fchrt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Daher muss bei Systemen mit dynamischen Stromversorgungen mit eigensicherem Schutz in Bereichen mit niedrigen Temperaturen die eigensichere Leistung bei den Temperaturen innerhalb des Anwendungsbereichs, einschlie\u00dflich der niedrigsten Temperatur der dynamischen Halbleiterkomponenten, und unter der Bedingung gepr\u00fcft werden, dass das Funkenpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t an eine geeignete Last mit der h\u00f6chsten Betriebstemperatur angeschlossen ist. Halbleiterkomponenten, die bei einer Umgebungstemperatur unter -40 \u2103 eigensicher sind, erfordern m\u00f6glicherweise spezielle Heizsysteme.
