Strukturelle Anforderungen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">An den Anschlussfl\u00e4chen k\u00f6nnen komprimierte Dichtungen verwendet werden, um die Wirksamkeit der Geh\u00e4usedichtung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Alle Dichtungen und Abdichtungen sollten eine durchg\u00e4ngige, d. h. ringf\u00f6rmige und ununterbrochene Struktur aufweisen. Der Aufbau des Geh\u00e4uses sollte die richtige Lage der Dichtungen gew\u00e4hrleisten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn der Schutzgrad des Geh\u00e4uses von der Dichtung an der Geh\u00e4useverbindung abh\u00e4ngt und die Verbindung w\u00e4hrend der Installation oder Wartung ge\u00f6ffnet werden muss, sollte die Dichtung an eine der Gegenfl\u00e4chen geklebt oder mechanisch befestigt werden, um Verlust, Besch\u00e4digung oder falsche Installation zu verhindern. An den Anschlussfl\u00e4chen, an denen Dichtungen verwendet werden, sollten keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Dichtungsmaterialien als Hilfsmittel f\u00fcr die Dichtungsleistung verwendet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Scharniere sollten nicht als Mittel zur Aufrechterhaltung der Dichtung verwendet werden, au\u00dfer in F\u00e4llen, in denen die Dichtung ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df zusammengedr\u00fcckt werden kann, ohne unerwartete Bewegungen, Spannungen oder Verformungen der Dichtung zu verursachen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Flexible Dichtungen, wie z. B. Faltenb\u00e4lge, sollten an keiner Stelle \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig belastet werden. Es sollten Ma\u00dfnahmen getroffen werden, um \u00e4u\u00dfere mechanische Besch\u00e4digungen zu verhindern, und jedes Ende sollte mechanisch befestigt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Anmerkung: Die oben genannten Anforderungen gelten nicht f\u00fcr die Dichtungen innerhalb der Kabeleinf\u00fchrungsvorrichtung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">II. Testanforderungen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nach der Durchf\u00fchrung der Schalenpr\u00fcfungen gem\u00e4\u00df den entsprechenden Anforderungen sollten an allen Pr\u00fcfmustern Druckpr\u00fcfungen durchgef\u00fchrt werden, gefolgt von IP-Schutzartpr\u00fcfungen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In der Norm f\u00fcr \u201cGer\u00e4te mit staubexplosionsgesch\u00fctzten Geh\u00e4usen \u2018t'\u201d in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Bereichen wurde eine Druckpr\u00fcfung zur Beurteilung der Schutzwirkung von Dichtungen und Verschl\u00fcssen hinzugef\u00fcgt. Insbesondere sollte der Innendruck mindestens (4 \u00b1 0,4) kPa (f\u00fcr das Schutzniveau \u2018ta\u2019) und (2 \u00b1 0,2) kPa (f\u00fcr die Schutzniveaus \u2018tb\u2019 und \u2018tc\u2019) betragen und 60 bis 70 Sekunden lang anhalten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Hierzu ist anzumerken, dass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"> (a) Das Kabeleinf\u00fchrungsger\u00e4t und die zus\u00e4tzlichen Geh\u00e4use der Ex-Ger\u00e4te m\u00fcssen keiner Druckpr\u00fcfung unterzogen werden, mit Ausnahme der Dichtung, die den Schutz an der Verbindungsfl\u00e4che zwischen dem Einf\u00fchrungsger\u00e4t und dem Geh\u00e4use gew\u00e4hrleistet; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">(b) Wenn die Struktur des Ex-Ger\u00e4tes die Bewegung von Dichtungen einschr\u00e4nken kann, wie z.
