Die Metallgeh\u00e4use aller elektrischen Betriebsmittel in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Bereichen sollten unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob sie auf geerdeten Metallkonstruktionen installiert sind, geerdet sein. Die entsprechenden Anforderungen lauten wie folgt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">1) Alle elektrischen Ger\u00e4te in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Bereichen der Zone 1, Zone 20 und Zone 21 sowie alle elektrischen Ger\u00e4te mit Ausnahme von Beleuchtungsk\u00f6rpern in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Bereichen der Zone 2 und Zone 22 sollten mit einem speziellen Erdungsdraht versehen werden. Hinweis: Wenn der spezielle Erdungsdraht im gleichen Schutzrohr wie der Phasendraht verlegt wird, sollte er die gleiche Isolierst\u00e4rke wie der Phasendraht haben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2) F\u00fcr Beleuchtungsk\u00f6rper in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Umgebungen der Zone 2 und Zone 22 kann ein zuverl\u00e4ssiges elektrisches Verbindungs-Metallrohrsystem als Erdungsdraht verwendet werden, aber Rohrleitungen f\u00fcr den Transport von explosiven Gefahrstoffen k\u00f6nnen nicht verwendet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">3) Die speziellen Erdungsdr\u00e4hte f\u00fcr elektrische Ger\u00e4te und Beleuchtungsk\u00f6rper sollten separat an das Erdungsnetz angeschlossen werden, und der funktionierende Nullleiter im Stromkreis sollte nicht als Schutzerdungsdraht verwendet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">4) F\u00fcr die Verbindung zwischen elektrischen Ger\u00e4ten in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Umgebungen und dem Erdungsdraht sollten vorzugsweise mehrdr\u00e4htige, flexible Litzen verwendet werden, wobei der Mindestquerschnitt des Kupferdrahtes 4 mm\u00b2 nicht unterschreiten sollte. An Teilen, die anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr mechanische Besch\u00e4digungen sind, sollten Schutzrohre angebracht werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">5) Wenn gepanzerte Kabel in elektrische Ger\u00e4te eingef\u00fchrt werden, sollte der Erdungsdraht mit dem Erdungsbolzen im Inneren des Ger\u00e4ts verbunden werden; das Stahlband und das Metallgeh\u00e4use sollten mit dem \u00e4u\u00dferen Erdungsbolzen des Ger\u00e4ts verbunden werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">6) Die Schrauben, die f\u00fcr die Erdung oder den Nullanschluss in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Umgebungen verwendet werden, sollten mit einer Lockerungsschutzvorrichtung versehen sein; vor dem Anziehen des Erdungsdrahtes sollten die Erdungsklemmen und Befestigungselemente mit einem Schmierfett bestrichen werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Es gibt viele Anforderungen an die Erdung von elektrischen Ger\u00e4ten in explosionsgef\u00e4hrdeten Umgebungen.
