Bei Inspektionen vor Ort wird relativ h\u00e4ufig das Problem des Rostens auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der druckfesten Verbindungen festgestellt. Anforderungen an die Rostschutzbehandlung von druckfesten Fugenoberfl\u00e4chen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Die druckfesten Fugenoberfl\u00e4chen d\u00fcrfen nicht gestrichen oder kunststoffbeschichtet werden. Andere Beschichtungsmaterialien k\u00f6nnen verwendet werden, sofern nachgewiesen wurde, dass diese Beschichtungsmaterialien und ihre Anwendungsverfahren keine nachteiligen Auswirkungen auf die Druckfestigkeit der Fugenoberfl\u00e4chen haben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Rostschutzfett, wie Petrolatum oder seifenverdicktes Mineral\u00f6l, kann vor der Montage auf die Verbindungsfl\u00e4chen aufgetragen werden. Wenn Rostschutzfett verwendet wird, darf es nicht altern und verh\u00e4rten, keine fl\u00fcchtigen L\u00f6sungsmittel enthalten und keinen Rost auf den Verbindungsfl\u00e4chen verursachen. Die Eignung des Fetts ist gem\u00e4\u00df den Anweisungen des Herstellers zu pr\u00fcfen. Die Gelenkfl\u00e4chen k\u00f6nnen galvanisch beschichtet werden. In diesem Fall sollte die Metallbeschichtung die folgenden Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">- Wenn die Dicke nicht mehr als 0,008 mm betr\u00e4gt, sind keine weiteren \u00dcberlegungen erforderlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">- Wenn die Dicke mehr als 0,008 mm betr\u00e4gt, sollte der maximale Freiraum ohne Beschichtung immer noch den geltenden Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Verbindungsfl\u00e4che entsprechen, und der Explosions\u00fcbertragungstest sollte auf der Grundlage der Freiraumgr\u00f6\u00dfe ohne Beschichtung durchgef\u00fchrt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">II. Anforderungen an die Instandhaltung von druckfesten Fugenoberfl\u00e4chen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Zusammenbau des druckfesten Geh\u00e4uses sollten alle Verbindungsfl\u00e4chen gr\u00fcndlich gereinigt und mit dem angegebenen Fett eingefettet werden, um Korrosion zu verhindern und den Witterungsschutz zu verbessern. Die Schraubendurchgangsl\u00f6cher sollten nicht mit Fett geschmiert werden.
