Den k\u00f8bte prototypeaffugter skal overholde GB5956 \"sikkerhedskrav til elektrisk udstyr til rumklimaanl\u00e6g\" og \"krav til rumklimaanl\u00e6g\";.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Tilslutningen af affugterens k\u00f8lesystem skal svejses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Den k\u00f8bte eksplosionssikre koblingsboks og andet eksplosionssikkert udstyr skal have et eksplosionssikkert certifikat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Hele maskinens samling af alt udstyr har produktkvalitetscertifikat, kan kun bruges til samling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Alle dele af hele maskinsamlingen skal opfylde produktionskravene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strukturelle krav<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Elektrisk frigang og krybeafstand skal v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med bestemmelserne i GB3836.4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Eksplosionssikre koblingsbokse og egensikre kredsl\u00f8bsstik skal svejses og bruge sikkerhedsh\u00e6tter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Kabelindf\u00f8ringsanordningen skal opfylde kravene i GB3836.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Egensikre kredsl\u00f8bslederes kernetv\u00e6rsnit b\u00f8r ikke v\u00e6re mindre end 0,5 mm\u00b2 kobbertr\u00e5d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Andre kredsl\u00f8bslederes kernetv\u00e6rsnit b\u00f8r ikke v\u00e6re mindre end 1,5 mm \u00b2 kobbertr\u00e5d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Intrinsikkert sikre og ikke-intrinsikkert sikre kredsl\u00f8b skal arrangeres separat og fastg\u00f8res sikkert med en afstand p\u00e5 ikke mindre end 50 mm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Ventilatormotoren skal overholde kravene i GB3836.2 og GB3836.9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jordforbindelse<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Metalkabinet, metalramme og metalr\u00f8r skal jordes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Egensikkert kabelskjold skal jordes i den ene ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Jordforbindelsesanordningen skal v\u00e6re fast og p\u00e5lidelig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Test<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Isoleringen mellem kredsl\u00f8bene i egensikre kredsl\u00f8b og stativet eller jordforbindelsesdelen skal kunne klare en 1000 V udholdenhedstest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Isoleringen af ikke-intrinsikkt sikre kredsl\u00f8b skal kunne modst\u00e5 en udholdenhedstest p\u00e5 1500V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Temperatur<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Overfladetemperaturen p\u00e5 det eksplosionssikre udstyr skal v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med temperaturniveauet for de eksplosionssikre symboler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Den maksimale overfladetemperatur p\u00e5 k\u00f8lecirkulationssystemet under normal drift m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re mere end 120 \u2103 og skal v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med bestemmelserne i kapitel 12 i GB5956.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fabriksinspektion<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Produkterne skal inspiceres i henhold til f\u00f8lgende punkter for at opfylde de tekniske krav:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. I henhold til teststrimlen til bestemmelse af hver tid ikke mindre end 1 minut;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Kontroll\u00e9r den elektriske ydeevne (str\u00f8m, sp\u00e6nding osv. skal opfylde kravene).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vedligeholdelse af eksplosionssikker affugter<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1, lang tid uden brug af affugter, b\u00f8r v\u00e6re gode beskyttelsesforanstaltninger: vinter eller forretningsrejse og anden langvarig ikke-brug af affugtere, b\u00f8r v\u00e6re beskyttelsesd\u00e6ksel eller plastpose til at d\u00e6kke affugteren for at undg\u00e5 sol og regn, st\u00f8vaflejring, hvilket resulterer i fremtidige reng\u00f8rings- og vedligeholdelsesproblemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2, korrekt indstilling af affugterens luftfugtighed: Indstilling af affugterens luftfugtighed b\u00f8r baseres p\u00e5 deres egen f\u00f8lelse af luftfugtighed, antallet af personer i rummet, rummets st\u00f8rrelse og andre faktiske forhold for at indstille luftfugtigheden.
