Fastg\u00f8relseselementer skal have tilstr\u00e6kkelig mekanisk styrke til ikke at for\u00e5rsage brud p\u00e5 bolten, n\u00e5r granaten eksploderer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2, fastg\u00f8relseselementer skal v\u00e6re rustbeskyttende, anti-l\u00f8snende foranstaltninger for at sikre, at afstanden til den eksplosionssikre f\u00e6lles overflade af flytypen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 \u3001 Hvis der bruges fjederskiver til at forhindre, at boltene l\u00f8sner sig, n\u00e5r de fastg\u00f8res med bolte, skal fjederskiverne bare g\u00f8res flade, og de m\u00e5 ikke sp\u00e6ndes for meget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Skal have flanger eller hule knive for at forhindre Ex-blokeringselementet i at g\u00e5 helt igennem huset, og hvor der er flanger, skal de have en diameter og tykkelse, der forhindrer fjernelse p\u00e5 andre m\u00e5der end dem, der er tilladt ovenfor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Gevind skal v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med de tilsvarende krav i Eksplosionssikre samlinger (C.2.2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) NPT Ex-blokeringselementer skal opfylde f\u00f8lgende krav:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Skal v\u00e6re fri for flanger;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Gevindtyper skal v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med ANSI\/ASME B1.20.1 American Standard Tapered Pipe Threads (NPT);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Der skal v\u00e6re riller til v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j (som i figur C.2);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Den effektive gevindl\u00e6ngde m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re mindre end dimension \u201cL2\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Ex-propper uden gevind (kun type I)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kun for klasse I-udstyr skal blokeringsdelene med let hul (ikke gevindsk\u00e5ret hul) opfylde kravene i C.2.2.2 og C.2.3.1 i GB\/T3836.2-2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man skal v\u00e6re s\u00e6rlig opm\u00e6rksom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Propper m\u00e5 ikke bruges sammen med fittings med gevind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) NPT-gevindpropper b\u00f8r ikke designes med en flangekonstruktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Almindeligt anvendt eksplosionssikkert elektrisk udstyr bruges ikke til indf\u00f8relse af tilslutningsmetoder<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flammesikkert elektrisk udstyr bruges ikke til introduktion af munden, i henhold til dets introduktion af indgangens struktur for at bestemme blokeringsmetoden, er f\u00f8lgende almindeligt anvendt til flammesikkert elektrisk udstyr ikke brugt til introduktion af munden p\u00e5 blokeringsmetoden, kort analyseret og forklaret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">National standard GB\/T 3836.1-2021 Artikel 16.4 \u201c<strong>Blokerende dele<\/strong>\u201d er fastsat som f\u00f8lger: bruges til at blokere de overfl\u00f8dige huller i v\u00e6ggen i skallen p\u00e5 det elektriske udstyrs blokerende dele, skal v\u00e6re i overensstemmelse med kravene i den tilsvarende specielle eksplosionssikre type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normalt er strukturen i indf\u00f8ringsporten til det eksplosionssikre elektriske udstyr opdelt i to tilf\u00e6lde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Der er en kabelindf\u00f8ringsanordning af t\u00e6tningsringstypen p\u00e5 det eksplosionssikre kabinet, som anvender t\u00e6tningsringen til at fastsp\u00e6nde kabelkappen;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Indf\u00f8ringsporten p\u00e5 det eksplosionssikre kabinet er et eksplosionssikkert gennemg\u00e5ende hul med gevind, som skal forsegles med en passende eksplosionssikker prop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f8rst og fremmest er praksis i det f\u00f8rste tilf\u00e6lde, \u201c<strong>Kabelindf\u00f8ringsanordning med t\u00e6tningsring p\u00e5 det eksplosionssikre kabinet<\/strong>\u201c, er vist i figur 1 nedenfor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-1f7b8e2f wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/da\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPJw1WF2PXbMfNAjPNA8ewqdcqnOkEQMcHpHrTAct3AA_967_563.png ,https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPJw1WF2PXbMfNAjPNA8ewqdcqnOkEQMcHpHrTAct3AA_967_563.png 780w, https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPJw1WF2PXbMfNAjPNA8ewqdcqnOkEQMcHpHrTAct3AA_967_563.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/led.amasly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lQLPJw1WF2PXbMfNAjPNA8ewqdcqnOkEQMcHpHrTAct3AA_967_563.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-2117\" width=\"967\" height=\"563\" title=\"lQLPJw1WF2PXbMfNAjPNA8ewqdcqnOkEQMcHpHrTAct3AA_967_563\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strukturen af denne form for introduktionsport er at producere deformation af t\u00e6tningsringen ved at klemme t\u00e6tningsringen gennem kompressionselementet i forkant af udstyret, s\u00e5 t\u00e6tningsringen p\u00e5lideligt klemmer kabelkappen for at realisere den eksplosionssikre ydeevne, og der er ingen struktur af den eksplosionssikre overflade. I dette tilf\u00e6lde udf\u00f8res blokeringsmetoden, dens overskydende kabelindf\u00f8ringsport p\u00e5 ydersiden af t\u00e6tningsringen skal v\u00e6re forsynet med et st\u00e5lstik \/ stikplade, tykkelsen p\u00e5 stikpladen <strong>b\u00f8r ikke v\u00e6re mindre end 2 mm<\/strong>, skal st\u00e5lpladen presses af kompressionselementet, som vist i figur 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I det andet tilf\u00e6lde er \u201c<strong>Gennemg\u00e5ende hul i det eksplosionssikre hus<\/strong>\u201d er vist i figur 2 nedenfor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I dette tilf\u00e6lde er indf\u00f8ringsporten p\u00e5 den eksplosionssikre skal et gennemg\u00e5ende hul til eksplosionssikre gevind, som skal blokeres med et passende eksplosionssikkert stik.
