wp-block-paragraph\">Eksplosionssikre lamper b\u00f8r automatisk afbryde str\u00f8mmen, f\u00f8r lampesk\u00e6rmen \u00e5bnes. Men p\u00e5 grund af kompleksiteten i ops\u00e6tningen af l\u00e5seanordninger og vanskelighederne med implementeringen har de fleste lamper kun advarselsskilte som \u201cM\u00e5 ikke \u00e5bnes med str\u00f8mmen t\u00e6ndt\u201d p\u00e5 \u00e5benlyse steder p\u00e5 kabinettet. Da p\u00e6rens overfladetemperatur forbliver h\u00f8j, selv efter at str\u00f8mmen er afbrudt, er der stadig risiko for at ant\u00e6nde eksplosive gasblandinger, hvis lampesk\u00e6rmen \u00e5bnes med det samme (hovedsageligt med henvisning til flammesikker struktur). Ved udskiftning af p\u00e6rer (r\u00f8r) skal den flammesikre f\u00e6lles overflade af eksplosionssikre lamper v\u00e6re ordentligt beskyttet og ikke beskadiget; efter reng\u00f8ring skal den flammesikre overflade v\u00e6re belagt med fosfateringspasta eller 204-1 rustbeskyttende olie, og det er strengt forbudt at anvende andre malinger; der b\u00f8r ikke v\u00e6re noget rustlag p\u00e5 den flammesikre overflade. Hvis der er en smule rust, b\u00f8r der efter reng\u00f8ring ikke v\u00e6re noget gropf\u00e6nomen. Det skal sikres, at t\u00e6tningsringen, der bruges til st\u00f8v- og vandt\u00e6tte form\u00e5l, er intakt. Dette er is\u00e6r vigtigt for lamper med \u00f8get sikkerhed. Hvis t\u00e6tningsringen er alvorligt beskadiget, skal den udskiftes med en t\u00e6tningsring af samme specifikation og materiale. Om n\u00f8dvendigt skal hele lampen udskiftes. Under vedligeholdelse er det n\u00f8dvendigt at kontrollere, om lampesk\u00e6rmen er intakt.
