Belysningens ensartethed kan defineres som graden af ensartethed i lysfordelingen p\u00e5 et givet referenceplan. Kravene til ensartethed for forskellige niveauer af arenaer kan findes i afsnittet Kriterier for belysningskrav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Belysningens ensartethed er forholdet mellem den mindste belysningsstyrke og den gennemsnitlige belysningsstyrke p\u00e5 en given overflade. Jo st\u00f8rre v\u00e6rdien er, jo mere ensartet er lysfordelingen, og jo mere behagelig er den visuelle oplevelse. Erfaringen har vist, at den ensartethedsv\u00e6rdi, der beregnes under designprocessen, er en god vejledning, men den er normalt h\u00f8jere end den v\u00e6rdi, der m\u00e5les efter installationen af det faktiske belysningssystem. Bl\u00e6nding er en subjektiv faktor, og Commission Internationale de l'Illumination (CIE) har udviklet et praktisk klassificeringssystem til udend\u00f8rs sport baseret p\u00e5 omfattende felttest.
