Hvad er standarden for eksplosionssikker belysning?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nedenfor er en oversigt over nogle af de almindelige globale krav og standarder for eksplosionssikker certificering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EU ATEX:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX er det europ\u00e6iske s\u00e6t af direktiver for eksplosionssikkert udstyr. Navnet stammer fra det franske udtryk \u201cAppareils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en ATmosph\u00e8res EXplosibles\u201d, dvs. \u201cUdstyr til brug i eksplosive atmosf\u00e6rer\u201d. ATEX best\u00e5r af to hoveddirektiver:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 95 (ATEX 100a) - Direktiv 2014\/34\/EU: g\u00e6lder for udstyr og beskyttelsessystemer til brug i eksplosive atmosf\u00e6rer. Direktivet fasts\u00e6tter de v\u00e6sentlige sundheds- og sikkerhedskrav, der skal opfyldes af udstyrsproducenter, og som d\u00e6kker design, fremstilling og testning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX 137 - Direktiv 1999\/92\/EF: g\u00e6lder for arbejdspladser i eksplosive atmosf\u00e6rer. Direktivet fastl\u00e6gger de foranstaltninger, som arbejdsgivere skal tr\u00e6ffe for at sikre deres medarbejderes sikkerhed og sundhed, herunder risikovurdering, klassificering af omr\u00e5der og passende sikkerhedsuddannelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX-certificering (EU): ATEX (Atmosph\u00e8res Explosibles) er EU's certificeringskrav til udstyr, der bruges i potentielt eksplosive gasser, dampe eller st\u00f8vmilj\u00f8er. De vigtigste standarder omfatter EN 60079-0 og EN 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATEX-certificering g\u00e6lder for EU's medlemslande, og udstyr skal overholde disse direktiver for at kunne s\u00e6lges og bruges p\u00e5 EU-markedet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ul.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UL Nordamerika<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Nordamerika (f.eks. USA og Canada) klassificeres eksplosive stoffer i tre hovedkategorier, nemlig klasse I (eksplosive gasser), klasse II (eksplosivt st\u00f8v) og klasse III (eksplosive fibre). Under hver kategori er der ogs\u00e5 forskellige grupper, f.eks. er klasse I inddelt i gruppe A (acetylen), gruppe B (brint) osv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det nordamerikanske system vil blive opdelt i to niveauer af eksplosionsfarlige omr\u00e5der, nemlig Division 1 og Division 2. 1 (Division 1), at der under normale driftsforhold altid eller nogle gange kan forekomme eksplosive gasser, st\u00f8v og drivgods; 2 (Division 2), at det under normale driftsforhold er usandsynligt, at disse stoffer vil v\u00e6re til stede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UL-certificering (USA): UL (Underwriters Laboratories) er et amerikansk certificeringsorgan, der evaluerer og certificerer lamper og armaturers eksplosionssikre ydeevne. UL 844 er en almindeligt anvendt standard for eksplosionssikre lamper og armaturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CSA-certificering (Canada): CSA (Canadian Standards Association) er det canadiske certificeringsorgan, den eksplosionssikre ydeevne for lamper og lanterner til at vurdere og certificere CSA C22.2 nr. 137 er til de eksplosionssikre lamper og lanterner, der almindeligvis anvendes standarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kina GB<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kina anvender hovedsageligt den elektrotekniske kommissions (IEC) opdelingsmetode, som inddeler eksplosive stoffer i tre kategorier, dvs. metan fra minedrift (klasse I), eksplosive gasblandinger (klasse II) og eksplosivt st\u00f8v og fibre (klasse III). Hver klasse er yderligere underopdelt under hver kategori, f.eks. er klasse II opdelt i klasse B (ethylen osv.) og klasse A (propan osv.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GB-standard (Kina): Det kinesiske nationale standardiseringsudvalg har udstedt en r\u00e6kke nationale standarder for eksplosionssikker belysning, f.eks. GB 3836.1 og GB 3836.2. Kina vil blive opdelt i tre eksplosionsfarlige omr\u00e5der, nemlig Zone 0 (Zone 0), Zone 1 (Zone 1\/Zone 21), Zone 2 (Zone 2\/Zone 22). Disse zoner er baseret p\u00e5 sandsynligheden for, at der er eksplosive gasser, dampe eller st\u00f8v til stede under normale driftsforhold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CIS-regionen<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CU-TR-certificering til CIS-regionen (f.eks. Rusland, Hviderusland osv.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introduktion til CU-TR: CU-TR-certificeringen er en certificering af tekniske forskrifter i toldunionen (herunder Rusland, Hviderusland, Kasakhstan, Armenien og Kirgisistan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karakteristika: Dets certificeringsm\u00e6rke er EAC, og certificeringsprocessen er baseret p\u00e5 standarder, der ligner IEC's.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anvendelsesomr\u00e5de: For producenter af eksplosionsbeskyttelsesprodukter, der \u00f8nsker at komme ind p\u00e5 toldunionens marked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iecex-certs.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IECEx<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx er den internationale elektrotekniske kommission (IEC), der har udviklet det internationale certificeringssystem for eksplosionssikkert udstyr med det fulde navn \u201cIEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres\u201d (IEC-system til certificering af standarder for udstyr til brug i eksplosive atmosf\u00e6rer). Systemet er designet til at give et globalt konsistent certificeringsprogram for at sikre sikkerheden for udstyr og tjenester, der bruges i eksplosive atmosf\u00e6rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx-certificering (international): IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission Scheme for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres) er en international certificeringsordning for udstyr til brug i eksplosive gas- og st\u00f8vmilj\u00f8er. Almindeligt anvendte standarder omfatter IEC 60079-0 og IEC 60079-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IECEx-certificering er globalt anerkendt og g\u00e6lder ikke kun i EU, men bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning i andre lande og regioner, f.eks. i Australien, Kina og Mellem\u00f8sten, blandt mange andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certificering af eksplosionsbeskyttelse i andre lande og regioner<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Japan: TIIS (Japan Industrial Safety Technology Association) for det japanske ministerium for sundhed, arbejde og velf\u00e6rd udpegede certificeringsorganer for eksplosionssikkert elektrisk udstyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Korea: KC-certificering g\u00e6lder for det koreanske marked, producenter, der allerede har opn\u00e5et IECEx-certifikatet, med certifikatet, testrapporten og tekniske dokumenter til at ans\u00f8ge om det koreanske
