Realizace vrtn\u00e9ho procesu je hlavn\u00edm procesem t\u011b\u017eby ropy, p\u0159i realizaci vrtn\u00e9ho procesu se pro v\u00fdrobu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 modern\u00ed syst\u00e9m vrtn\u00e9ho procesu, aby se zajistilo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti t\u011b\u017eby ropy. V pracovn\u00edm procesu ropn\u00e9ho vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je aplikace modern\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed relativn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, tak\u017ee v implementaci vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu odoln\u00e9ho proti v\u00fdbuchu, ale tak\u00e9 aplikace r\u016fzn\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odoln\u00fdch proti v\u00fdbuchu. V cel\u00e9m procesu aplikace nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je hlavn\u00ed aplikac\u00ed ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00e9, ohnivzdorn\u00e9, p\u0159etlakov\u00e9, nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9, olejov\u00e9 a dal\u0161\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed anal\u00fdza r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00e9 nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je schopno chr\u00e1nit p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vysokoteplotn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v syst\u00e9mu vrt\u00e1n\u00ed ropy, vysokoteplotn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve skute\u010dn\u00e9m procesu aplikace, snadno vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed obloukov\u00e9 jiskry a pak v procesu vrt\u00e1n\u00ed ropy existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Pou\u017eit\u00ed ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odoln\u00e9ho proti v\u00fdbuchu, vysokoteplotn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed snadno jiskry st\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc\u00ed polohy ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti aplikace vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) pou\u017eit\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1rn\u011b odoln\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. V procesu aplikace za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, aplikace kabel\u016f, aplikace mechanick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit probl\u00e9my s jiskrami nebo otev\u0159en\u00fdm plamenem a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zp\u016fsobit v\u00fdbuch. Pou\u017eit\u00ed ohnivzdorn\u00e9ho nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee realizovat mechanick\u00e9 jisk\u0159en\u00ed, prevenci v\u00fdbuchu n\u00e1razem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm se rozum\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pro nev\u00fdbu\u0161nou ochranu vrtac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. V cel\u00e9m procesu aplikace nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lze realizovat izolaci jedin\u00e9 poruchy za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed proti v\u00fdbuchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zabr\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdskytu vedlej\u0161\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdbuchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se realizuje \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 prevence zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdbuchu, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee realizace nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho selh\u00e1n\u00ed je rozumn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2, anal\u00fdza \u00farovn\u011b pou\u017eit\u00ed vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu odoln\u00e9ho proti v\u00fdbuchu<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proces aplikace vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, vzhledem k r\u016fzn\u00fdm faktor\u016fm, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed syst\u00e9m, tak\u017ee faktory, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed probl\u00e9m v\u00fdbuchu, je tak\u00e9 v\u00edce, a podle \u00farovn\u011b dopadu v\u00fdbuchu vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdbuchu se vyskytuje r\u016fzn\u011b, je tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba rozd\u011blit do r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) vrtn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro realizaci procesu vrt\u00e1n\u00ed, probl\u00e9m v\u00fdbuchu plynu je jedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, jako je sirovod\u00edkov\u00fd plyn v oblasti bahenn\u00edho baz\u00e9nu, kter\u00fd je n\u00e1chyln\u00fd k probl\u00e9m\u016fm s v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdm selh\u00e1n\u00edm. Proto by m\u011bl b\u00fdt proces anal\u00fdzy v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho plynu dokon\u010den v souladu s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky na \u00farove\u0148 odolnosti proti v\u00fdbuchu, \u00farove\u0148 prevence v\u00fdbuchu plynu je rozd\u011blena. \u00darove\u0148 ochrany proti v\u00fdbuchu plynu je nastavena na \u00farove\u0148 \u2161 B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) p\u0159i skute\u010dn\u00e9m pou\u017eit\u00ed vrtn\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je \u00farove\u0148 v\u00fdbuchu jiskry a otev\u0159en\u00e9ho plamene pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e1, zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli dopadu probl\u00e9mu v\u00fdbuchu jiskry je pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1, velmi snadno zp\u016fsob\u00ed probl\u00e9my s po\u017e\u00e1rem. Proto je p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed vrtn\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed konstrukce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odoln\u00e9ho proti v\u00fdbuchu otev\u0159en\u00fdm plamenem p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na \u00farovni \u2161 A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>II.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;shrnut\u00ed metod \u00fadr\u017eby a selh\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odoln\u00e9ho proti v\u00fdbuchu v ropn\u00e9m vrtn\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplikace nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro ropn\u00e9 vrty je velmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1, je t\u0159eba nejen pou\u017e\u00edvat r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v souladu s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi pot\u0159ebami nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti, ale tak\u00e9 v souladu s po\u017eadavky na nev\u00fdbu\u0161nost nastavit r\u016fznou \u00farove\u0148 nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti. Syst\u00e9m ropn\u00fdch vrt\u016f v\u0161ak souvis\u00ed s t\u011b\u017ebou cel\u00fdch ropn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, tak\u017ee v produk\u010dn\u00edm \u0159et\u011bzci mus\u00ed vrtn\u00fd syst\u00e9m udr\u017eovat dlouhodob\u00fd provoz a v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch dlouhodob\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce s vysokou intenzitou dojde k selh\u00e1n\u00ed vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu i nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Selh\u00e1n\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zp\u016fsob\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti a dokonce i bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed nehody. Proto by se v sou\u010dasn\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm procesu ropn\u00e9ho vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu m\u011bl zam\u011b\u0159it na anal\u00fdzu selh\u00e1n\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a prevenci nehod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost p\u0159esahuje probl\u00e9m. V procesu aplikace za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odoln\u00e9ho proti v\u00fdbuchu ropn\u00e9ho vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je chyba nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 mezery velmi \u010dast\u00e1, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee snadno zp\u016fsobit riziko v\u00fdbuchu ropn\u00e9ho vrtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poruchy byly pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 a kryt mezi upev\u0148ovac\u00edmi \u0161rouby dota\u017eeny, ale nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 mezera je st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e1. V procesu dal\u0161\u00ed anal\u00fdzy je hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou selh\u00e1n\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 mezery deformace p\u0159\u00edruby, deformace p\u0159\u00edruby vede k nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 kontrole nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 mezery, jiskry v pouzd\u0159e p\u0159et\u00e9kaj\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd plyn vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nehodu s v\u00fdbuchem. Proces aplikace nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro ropn\u00e9 vrty by se m\u011bl zam\u011b\u0159it na probl\u00e9m selh\u00e1n\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 mezery, kter\u00fd je t\u0159eba analyzovat a vy\u0159e\u0161it. V procesu skute\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete zvolit v\u00fdm\u011bnu p\u0159\u00edruby, abyste se vypo\u0159\u00e1dali s metodou, pomoc\u00ed nov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edrubov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro kontrolu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 mezery, abyste zabr\u00e1nili p\u0159ete\u010den\u00ed jisker. Sou\u010dasn\u011b, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eily n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu, m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 zvolit opravu probl\u00e9mu deformace p\u0159\u00edruby, pou\u017eit\u00ed \u0161roubov\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dokon\u010deno k obnoven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edruby, aby se dos\u00e1hlo 95% a\u017e 100% deformace obnovy, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edruba m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd stupe\u0148 nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 schopnosti, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161il nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) zaveden\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f s p\u0159\u00edstavy. Vznik net\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed povede k \u00faniku jisker, \u00faniku plynu a \u00faniku \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed plamene a dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, co\u017e povede k n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm s v\u00fdbuchem. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed hrozba probl\u00e9mu s \u00favodn\u00edm portem je pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1, tak\u017ee v procesu aplikace syst\u00e9mu pro t\u011b\u017ebu ropy je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pozornost probl\u00e9mu poruchy \u00favodn\u00edho portu. Mechanick\u00e1 pevnost plastov\u00e9 kompresn\u00ed matice nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e1, nem\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho utahovac\u00edho momentu a v d\u016fsledku vlivu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed se snadno objev\u00ed jev st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, nem\u016f\u017ee stisknout t\u011bsnic\u00ed krou\u017eek, aby hr\u00e1l roli t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, je hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem pro zaveden\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed portu, tak\u017ee ve skute\u010dn\u00e9m procesu manipulace se zaveden\u00edm poruchy portu m\u016f\u017eete dokon\u010dit v\u00fdm\u011bnu materi\u00e1lu kompresn\u00ed matice, v\u00fdm\u011bnu siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, kompresn\u00ed matice je lep\u0161\u00ed mechanick\u00e1 matice pro kompresn\u00ed matici. \u00da\u010dinn\u00e1 kontrola m\u00e1 velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou roli, ale tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it kontroln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek kompresn\u00ed matice. Probl\u00e9my se spojovac\u00edm materi\u00e1lem jsou rovn\u011b\u017e \u010dast\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my s poruchami nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jejich\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jsou velmi podobn\u00e9 poruch\u00e1m mezer. Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou je proveden\u00ed dobr\u00e9ho upevn\u011bn\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek probl\u00e9my s nev\u00fdbu\u0161nou mezerou, po nich\u017e n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed jiskry nebo oblouky a v\u00fdbuch p\u0159i kontaktu s vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ho\u0159lav\u00fdm plynem. Krom\u011b toho nejsou upev\u0148ovac\u00ed \u0161rouby dota\u017een\u00e9, co\u017e tak\u00e9 snadno zp\u016fsobuje probl\u00e9m n\u00edzk\u00e9 pevnosti v explozi. V procesu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f se spojovac\u00edm materi\u00e1lem m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt v\u00fdm\u011bnu spojovac\u00edho materi\u00e1lu. Krom\u011b toho, pokud je porucha kovu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed relativn\u011b mal\u00e1, m\u016f\u017eete k dota\u017een\u00ed spojovac\u00edch prvk\u016f pou\u017e\u00edt kl\u00ed\u010d, abyste zv\u00fd\u0161ili nev\u00fdbu\u0161nost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(4) poruchy uzemn\u011bn\u00ed. V d\u016fsledku z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 koroze uzem\u0148ovac\u00edho spojen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd kontaktn\u00ed odpor, nebo dokonce fale\u0161n\u00e9 spojen\u00ed.
