Obecn\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Za \u00fa\u010delem dal\u0161\u00edho prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u201cBezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f pro uheln\u00e9 doly\u201d a norem a p\u0159edpis\u016f o nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, zlep\u0161en\u00ed znalost\u00ed elektromechanik\u016f o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a usnadn\u011bn\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed norem v praxi, aby se pos\u00edlilo v\u011bdeck\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v hlubinn\u00fdch uheln\u00fdch dolech, zlep\u0161ila kvalita \u00fadr\u017eby, odstranila porucha elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a realizoval bezpe\u010dn\u00fd provoz elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jsou formulov\u00e1na \u201cPravidla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2. V\u0161echna elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v podzem\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b mal\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed) mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vybr\u00e1na v souladu s po\u017eadavky \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f 444 a 7 p\u0159edpis\u016f o bezpe\u010dnosti v uheln\u00fdch dolech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 3. Inspekto\u0159i nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti na pln\u00fd \u00favazek mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vy\u0161koleni a p\u0159ezkou\u0161eni vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi org\u00e1ny a mus\u00ed z\u00edskat osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o zp\u016fsobilosti. Inspekto\u0159i nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek mus\u00ed absolvovat \u0161kolen\u00ed a p\u0159ezkou\u0161en\u00ed na \u00farovni dolu a z\u00edskat osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o zp\u016fsobilosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 4. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ed vstupem do vrtu zkontrolov\u00e1na inspektory na pln\u00fd \u00favazek, aby byla ov\u011b\u0159ena jejich \u201ccertifikace v\u00fdrobku\u201d, \u201ccertifikace nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti\u201d, \u201cbezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zna\u010dka d\u016fln\u00edho v\u00fdrobku\u201d a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed proveden\u00ed; teprve po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed kontroly a vyd\u00e1n\u00ed certifik\u00e1tu shody bude povolen vstup do vrtu. Po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed kontroly a vyd\u00e1n\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o shod\u011b bude za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed povoleno vstoupit do vrtu. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd zku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz mus\u00ed m\u00edt \u201cpovolen\u00ed k pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm zkou\u0161k\u00e1m\u201d vydan\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00edm dozoru a kontroly kvality a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed formulovan\u00e1 jednotkou, kter\u00e1 je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, p\u0159ezkoum\u00e1 a odsouhlas\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele pro d\u016fln\u00ed mechaniku a elektrotechniku, jinak jim nebude povolen vstup do vrtu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 5. Elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odoln\u00e1 proti v\u00fdbuchu pro zm\u011bnu jmenovit\u00e9 hodnoty pou\u017eit\u00ed a technick\u00e9 transformace mus\u00ed b\u00fdt schv\u00e1lena st\u00e1tn\u00edm dohledem nad kvalitou d\u016fln\u00edch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a inspek\u010dn\u00edmi odd\u011blen\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 6. Provoz, \u00fadr\u017eba a opravy podzemn\u00edch nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat technick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na nev\u00fdbu\u0161nost. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 proveden\u00ed je po\u0161kozen\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt okam\u017eit\u011b \u0159e\u0161eno nebo vym\u011bn\u011bno, je p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no jej d\u00e1le pou\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 7. \u00dadr\u017eba nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt prov\u00e1d\u011bna v souladu s \u201cP\u0159edpisy pro opravy nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v uheln\u00fdch dolech\u201d a mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opravov\u00e1na jednotkou nebo v\u00fdrobcem, kter\u00fd z\u00edskal kvalifikaci pro nev\u00fdbu\u0161nou kontrolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 8. Pos\u00edlit kontrolu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed v podzem\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; (1) Pracovn\u00edci \u00fadr\u017eby (nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00ed inspekto\u0159i na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek) nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 spadaj\u00ed do jejich p\u016fsobnosti, mus\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt kontrolu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b jednou za sm\u011bnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; (2) Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd inspektor na pln\u00fd \u00favazek kontroluje nev\u00fdbu\u0161nou elektroinstalaci v dole s vysok\u00fdm obsahem plynu nebo v oblasti s vysok\u00fdm obsahem plynu v dole s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem plynu nejm\u00e9n\u011b dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 elektroinstalace dol\u016f s n\u00edzkou koncentrac\u00ed plynu se kontroluje jednou t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; (3) Person\u00e1ln\u00ed obsazen\u00ed inspektor\u016f nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti na pln\u00fd a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat pot\u0159eb\u00e1m inspek\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti v oblasti nev\u00fdbu\u0161nosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; <strong>II. Obecn\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b mal\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f), p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed kabelu nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt \u00farove\u0148 nap\u011bt\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jeho jmenovit\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 nap\u011bt\u00ed, jinak se pova\u017euje za ztracen\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2. Pokud je svorka 9# nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho magnetick\u00e9ho sp\u00edna\u010de pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho v dolech s vysok\u00fdm obsahem plynu, uhl\u00ed a prominentn\u00edho plynu uzemn\u011bna nebo pokud je nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu elektrizov\u00e1n, pova\u017euje se to za ztr\u00e1tu v\u00fdbuchu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 3. Pou\u017eit\u00ed sp\u00edna\u010d\u016f pro ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00edch a odvodn\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch veden\u00ed p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00edch a odchoz\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se pova\u017euje za ztr\u00e1tu v\u00fdbu\u0161nin (s v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edstupu k rel\u00e9 detekce \u00faniku a nap\u00e1jen\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho obvodu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. V\u0161echna nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt spravov\u00e1na v souladu s po\u017eadavky na nev\u00fdbu\u0161nost bez ohledu na to, kde jsou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na v podzem\u00ed.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III<\/strong><strong>, nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 mus\u00ed m\u00edt z\u0159eteln\u00e9 nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 zna\u010dky, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zna\u010dky uhl\u00ed. Jedna z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch podm\u00ednek pro ztr\u00e1tu v\u00fdbuchu:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 m\u00e1 praskliny, otev\u0159en\u00e9 sv\u00e1ry, v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 deformace (d\u00e9lka deformace je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 50 mm a hloubka konvexity a konk\u00e1vity je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 5 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 uvnit\u0159 i vn\u011b odizolovan\u00fd od rzi (tlou\u0161\u0165ka rzi 0,2 mm a v\u00edce).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 3. Pr\u016fhledn\u00e1 deska pozorovac\u00edho otvoru (okna) nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 komory (dutiny) je uvoln\u011bn\u00e1, rozbit\u00e1 nebo je pou\u017eito oby\u010dejn\u00e9 sklo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 4. nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 dutina p\u0159\u00edmo skrz, vyjm\u011bte nev\u00fdbu\u0161nou rozvodnou sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ku v nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9m izola\u010dn\u00edm sedle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Blokovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je ne\u00fapln\u00e9, deforma\u010dn\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t roli blokov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IV<\/strong><strong>, nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd povrch by m\u011bl b\u00fdt udr\u017eov\u00e1n \u010dist\u00fd, neporu\u0161en\u00fd, mus\u00ed m\u00edt opat\u0159en\u00ed proti korozi.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed parametry povrchu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho spoje mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed, jinak se pova\u017euje za ztr\u00e1tu v\u00fdbuchu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; (1) elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stacion\u00e1rn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho kloubov\u00e9ho povrchu, joystick a h\u0159\u00eddel a lo\u017eiskov\u00fd h\u0159\u00eddel nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho kloubov\u00e9ho povrchu a odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed objem pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u016fli mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v souladu s ustanoven\u00edmi tabulky I. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka rychlouz\u00e1v\u011bru typu dve\u0159\u00ed nen\u00ed 25 mm. Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd motor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; (1) Povrch nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho spoje h\u0159\u00eddele motoru a otvoru h\u0159\u00eddele by nem\u011bl za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek vytv\u00e1\u0159et t\u0159en\u00ed.
