Upev\u0148ovac\u00ed prvky by m\u011bly m\u00edt dostate\u010dnou mechanickou pevnost, aby p\u0159i v\u00fdbuchu n\u00e1bojnice nedo\u0161lo k prasknut\u00ed \u0161roubu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2, spojovac\u00ed materi\u00e1l by m\u011bl b\u00fdt antikorozn\u00ed, opat\u0159en\u00ed proti uvoln\u011bn\u00ed, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee v\u016fle roviny typu nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho povrchu kloubu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\u3001P\u0159i upev\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed \u0161roub\u016f, pokud jsou pou\u017eity pru\u017en\u00e9 podlo\u017eky proti uvoln\u011bn\u00ed, sta\u010d\u00ed pru\u017en\u00e9 podlo\u017eky zplo\u0161tit a nem\u011bly by b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 uta\u017eeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Aby nedo\u0161lo ke st\u0159ihu upev\u0148ovac\u00edch \u0161roub\u016f p\u016fsoben\u00edm vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sil, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry spoj\u016f krytu a pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b stejn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5, aby bylo upevn\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, nen\u00ed dovoleno pou\u017e\u00edvat materi\u00e1l \u0161roub\u016f a matic z plastu nebo lehk\u00e9 slitiny a nen\u00ed dovoleno klepat do otvor\u016f pro \u0161rouby p\u0159\u00edmo na plastov\u00e9m pl\u00e1\u0161ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6, hloubka nepropustn\u00fdch otvor\u016f pro \u0161rouby by m\u011bla zajistit, aby otvory pro \u0161rouby a vruty po uta\u017een\u00ed byly v\u00edce ne\u017e 2n\u00e1sobkem tlou\u0161\u0165ky z\u00e1vitu pojistn\u00e9 podlo\u017eky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Mus\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edruby nebo dut\u00e9 no\u017ee, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed tomu, aby blokovac\u00ed prvek Ex zcela pro\u0161el sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed, a pokud jsou p\u0159\u00edruby p\u0159\u00edtomny, mus\u00ed m\u00edt pr\u016fm\u011br a tlou\u0161\u0165ku, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed odstran\u011bn\u00ed jin\u00fdmi ne\u017e v\u00fd\u0161e povolen\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Z\u00e1vity mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm uveden\u00fdm v \u010d\u00e1sti Nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 spoje (C.2.2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) \u010clenov\u00e9 NPT Ex blocking mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadavky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt bez p\u0159\u00edrub;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Typy z\u00e1vit\u016f mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat norm\u011b ANSI\/ASME B1.20.1 American Standard Tapered Pipe Threads (NPT);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Efektivn\u00ed d\u00e9lka z\u00e1vitu nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e rozm\u011br \u201cL2\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Z\u00e1str\u010dky Ex bez z\u00e1vitu (pouze typ I)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pouze u za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy I mus\u00ed blokovac\u00ed d\u00edly s lehk\u00fdm otvorem (bez z\u00e1vitu) spl\u0148ovat po\u017eadavky bod\u016f C.2.2.2 a C.2.3.1 v norm\u011b GB\/T3836.2-2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost by m\u011bla b\u00fdt v\u011bnov\u00e1na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) Z\u00e1tky by se nem\u011bly pou\u017e\u00edvat se z\u00e1vitov\u00fdmi armaturami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) Z\u00e1vitov\u00e9 z\u00e1tky NPT by nem\u011bly b\u00fdt konstruov\u00e1ny s p\u0159\u00edrubovou konstrukc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed metod zapojov\u00e1n\u00ed nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ohnivzdorn\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u00fast\u00ed, podle jeho zaveden\u00ed struktury vstupu k ur\u010den\u00ed zp\u016fsobu blokov\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed je b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n pro ohnivzdorn\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u00fast\u00ed metody blokov\u00e1n\u00ed, stru\u010dn\u011b analyzovat a vysv\u011btlit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma GB\/T 3836.1-2021 \u010cl\u00e1nek 16.4 \u201c<strong>blokovac\u00ed d\u00edly<\/strong>\u201d je stanoveno takto: pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se k blokov\u00e1n\u00ed nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdch otvor\u016f ve st\u011bn\u011b pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b blokovac\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed elektrick\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v souladu s po\u017eadavky p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho typu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obvykle se konstrukce vstupn\u00edho otvoru nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho elektrick\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed d\u011bl\u00ed na dva p\u0159\u00edpady:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Na nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9m krytu je um\u00edst\u011bno za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro zaveden\u00ed kabelu s t\u011bsnic\u00edm krou\u017ekem, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 t\u011bsnic\u00ed krou\u017eek k upnut\u00ed pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kabelu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se prov\u00e1d\u00ed metoda blokov\u00e1n\u00ed, jeho p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd otvor pro zaveden\u00ed kabelu na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b t\u011bsnic\u00edho krou\u017eku by m\u011bl b\u00fdt opat\u0159en ocelovou z\u00e1tkou\/z\u00e1suvnou deskou, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e tlou\u0161\u0165ka z\u00e1suvn\u00e9 desky <strong>by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 2 mm<\/strong>, m\u011bla by b\u00fdt ocelov\u00e1 z\u00e1tkov\u00e1 deska stla\u010dena p\u0159\u00edtla\u010dn\u00fdm prvkem, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve druh\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je \u201c<strong>pr\u016fchoz\u00ed otvor v nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9m krytu<\/strong>\u201d je zobrazen na obr\u00e1zku 2 n\u00ed\u017ee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je vstupn\u00edm otvorem na nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9m pl\u00e1\u0161ti pr\u016fchoz\u00ed otvor pro nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1vity, kter\u00fd je t\u0159eba zablokovat vhodnou nev\u00fdbu\u0161nou z\u00e1tkou.
